Farm Burger Memphis — Restaurant in Memphis

Customer service should be EVERYTHING. This WAS one of my favorite burger spots in Memphis, however I WILL not be back after today. The food was brought to us my the manager. We asked for our drinks, which comes in cans, and she brought them with no ice nor cups. I asked for a cup and she told me I had to get up and come and get it myself. I then noticed my burger was missing the double cheese that I ordered. I went to the bar to let them know. They begin to look for their copy of the receipt. They then brought me the receipt and said I wasn’t charged for the cheese, and if I wanted it I had to go get back in line. After already standing in a long line for 15-20 minutes to place my original order, I was told I needed to get back in the line which was now longer then when I originally ordered. The guy came back and told me the amount for the cheese. I paid him for the cheese and was told they were cooking me a FRESH burger. I told them to take my onion rings because they were gong to get cold and asked for a fresh batch. We asked again if i was getting a FRESHLY cooked burger and was told yes. When they brought my food we asked for a third time of this was a FRESHLY cooked burger and was told yes. When checking, it was the exact same burger because the lettuce was now wilted and the pickles were soggy and it was missing the tomato which I had already taken off when I originally examined the burger. And not to mention the burger was now burnt from them placing the same patties back on the grill/fire to melt the cheese. This establishment is in poor hands with this type of management and customer service. We will never come back to this spot and we recommend everyone...

Ordered uber eats when my husband was in VA hospital. OMG!!! The best burger I have ever had in my life! You know the taste that a really good steak has, That savory beefy flavor? These burgers have that! So fresh and delicious. No mystery meat here. They are the real deal, and I wish that had one in Bartlett, TN. Farmburger doesn't squash there burgers as thin as paper and they use REAL high grade quality beef! Oh the toppings are awesome too, but the beef is the star of the show.

Update for Oct.25 2022 WHAT HAPPENED TO FARM BURGER? As you can see I was a BIG FAN of Farm Burger by my n old review. I can't count how many times I have bragged on it being the best burger I've ever had. Tonight I ordered Uber eats. I was thrilled bcuz they don't always deliver out this far. I went for it and paid tge almost $9 delivery fee bcuz i knew I was going to get a great burger. NOT!!! I don't know if they changed meat companies or what. But the quality I got in late 2018 was amazing. The burger I got tonight was way over cooked and I had to pull gristle and hard bits out of my burger. It was OK that it was cold bcuz I know I live further away than most. I can always reheat for a second, but this wasn't even as good as Wendys or Backyard burger. I am SO disappointed. I wish I had just let the last memory be the only one, bcuz I am SO let down. Went on Labor Day 2018. The line was long and took forever to get to the only order register open. The cashier was clueless. After the long waiting and watching the people ahead of us, we gave her clear and concise orders. For each of our 3 orders, she asked questions that were not necessary because we stated clearly what we wanted. She wasn't listening or could not focus. The only server on the floor got inhospitable with our initial questions about seating. Cashier had not given one of us our cup with ice (you have to get yr own water in a separate area). I went to the bar and asked for ice water and the bartender questioned if the "barrel" was empty. It felt inhospitable. We waited a very long time for our food. Then my beef patty was blood red when ordered medium. The server put in a new order for me for medium well, and it came back over well and rubbery. The salad it was served on was supposed to have multiple veggies. It only had kale and a few carrot shavings and not enough dressing which I never got because the server was totally overwhelmed. There was not enough help and no visible management. The server got the salad refunded. The kitchen staff was snarky and creating problems for everyone. Our server and the bartender apologized. They would be the only reason we'd go back. BUT WE WON'T! Management sucks and food was mediocre. They need to change their whole intake and order system.
