Burger King — Restaurant in Memphis

I wish I could give it no stars. So we stay down the street from this location my brother goes to white station high school and after school me or my mom takes him here for food once he gets out. So his birthday was March 25 and I bought him a $25 gift card. My mom took my brother there a week ago to use his giftcard at the drive-thru. The manager which is even more sad took their order. So once they paid she told my mom it was still $14 left on his giftcard. Not until they left and got home we realize she never gave us back our gift card. My mom and I went back up to the burger King and ask for the card back. Once we got it back in the parking lot we called the card and find out that it was missing $10 off the card. We then called customer service and they told us that someone swipe our card right after we used it for our brother. The sad part is no one has contacted us back about giving us our money back! I don't care if it's only $10 that's still $10 of MY MONEY! It upsetting that not only the manager took our gift card but she use it and lied and said she didn't have it, but my mom pointed at the register where our gift card was. Don't waste your time coming here its sad people will do something like that especially employee when they get...

I know it is fast food, but I like a simple burger from Burger King every now and then. My go to is the bacon double cheeseburger, and for the most part I can't remember many times that it has been less than I expected. That is until this time. It is the first time I have been to this location, and the wait was almost 10 minutes at the drive through. Sad thing was that there were only 2 cars in front of me. After that wait and a debit card transaction that involved my card being given back to me via a metal bucket that had who knows what liquid in it, I preceded to drive the 10 minutes back to work. Both sandwiches were stale, tasteless, and cold. The cheese felt and looked like it came straight out of the refrigerator, which pretty much sums up the heat level of the overall meal. Regretfully, I tried to push through this as I was hungry, and for the next 8 hours my stomach paid me back. I don't mind Burger King, but I will never return to this location. I just hope the bleach killed whatever funk I inherited on my debit card from that putrid...

Poor/ bad manager at store on park ( Getwell).They served me raw meat.. The clerk talking to someone else on her personal phone while trying to take my order.. I ordered BK single with Bacon and cheese... Look closely at picture... My stomach hurts I'm over toilet ( excuse me). Y'all not ashamed I had eaten one started having aches while eating 2 one then I examined and discovered .. The manager not even concerned about them selling raw meat ..about my diarrhea or throwing up...about the employee being on her personal phone ( Bluetooth) ( literally )while working. I had to repeat my order 7 times at least . .these problems are bad manage ment....don't know the name of this. I asked for a single cheeseburger with Bacon seriously I left home going to Wendy's. I wanted / craving a bacon cheeseburger ( Wendy's line was at the street turned around went to checkers saw Burger king jumped into the fire .. )what did I eat..ion even know...
