You have been warned and don’t say the reviews did not tell you! I went in with my daughter to get the 2 foot longs for $17.99 deal from the mailer and if you’re in the Memphis or surrounding areas certain location accepted. they didn’t have any signs put up like other locations that don’t accept them and the young lady had to look at the other to ask if they do what they don’t? Who doesn’t know if you accept or don’t accept certain things like coupons at your location and you’re not brand spanking new still? Are you going to this location? You will definitely be finding out. This location does not , even though they said no, they were excepted a year ago. But I must add during that time they were under different management! Each time one of these location is taken over by someone new they want to revamp things so they can get the most money out of the customerhere they got the most out of myself because I just wanted to get my daughter fed and get home to get some rest after work. But they also have to remember their in close proximity to checkers, an Italian restaurant, Burger King, a couple of gas stations and a bank.
Anyone that is business minded knows that the working class that comes through there because you’re by a strip mall that has over a dozen businesses close by your money is going to come in regardless. Let’s not forget the university of Memphis is less than half of a mile from their location . I will say that they were definitely not happy with me asking about the coupons but yet they failed to post any signs at the door or even have them located when you’re picking out your food. The reason I had not gone through any trouble that others that have left similar reviews is because I had my daughter with me and I am a pretty tall male that it’s not a great idea to give attitude when none is needed because customers will always ask for what they want, as far as service within reason.
When it comes to getting the meatball subs, how is it that any location that is taken over by the Indian descent burns or has a funny taste to the meatballs? If you don’t eat that have someone that does prepare it. It’s in the best interest of the customer! Will I be going back to this location? Highly unlikely I would rather go to the LOVE’s (Lamar & American Way) location that does deal with everyone of different cultures different backgrounds from all parts of the country.
SIDE NOTE: And get this they accept the coupons, but it’s limited to one portion of the menu, which is perfectly fine. Next time I definitely will make the extra 10 minute drive to their location on Lamar. It would be nice if they had Corporate get involved to put some regulations on these owners so people can hold onto their hard earned money and enjoy their food...

He knocked, a girl came to the door and said "We closed.". Uh - "The sign right here says you're open till 9:00 p.m." She responds "We're closing at 8:00 tonight." Me: "It's nowhere near 8:00." Her: "We gotta clean up and stuff." And Subway wonders why they have to constantly close locations. I live around the corner from here, & it was this way during the worst of the pandemic. What's their excuse now? If they don't want to stay open until 9:00 as it says online & on their front door, why don't they just change the hours? Read moreI placed an online order , got to restaurant and all lights were off and I didn’t see anyone inside but I tried the door and it open . Someone came from the back and I let her know I was picking up an online order , she handed me the bag and I grabbed my chips from the chip shelves . I get home to find out that my 2 meatball subs have been replaced with some type of mystery meat . Not only was my order wrong but I wasn’t even informed that the sandwich may had been needed to made differently due to lack of ingredients .
