Captain D's — Restaurant in Memphis

Doesn't even deserve 1 Star. Today I was denied my online order to be pickuped at the drive-through window and was asked to walk into the store for pickup. Even though I told the female employee that the website clearly says that online orders can be pickuped at drive-through window, with a bad attitude replied, "you walk in to the store and pick up coz I say so". Later my wife had to walk in to pickup the order (As I am having steroid induced mayopathy) and was back to the car in less than a minute. The order was ready and was sitting on the counter, all that your employee had to do was to hand it through the widow, but she denied. The online order receipt clearly says "now you can pickup online orders through the pickup window". She not only broke the company rules but also had a bad attitude, she absolultly has no sense of how to speak to a customer. My only question to Captain D's is, Who is hiring these people? You guys don't give us free food, we pay money for it and your duty is to give service that you guys promise to give. We are not demanding anything extra from your employees, let them just follow your company's policies and leave their attitude back home before...

This was my first time visiting this location and I definitely don't want to go there again! My husband and I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes before any one came to take our order and I knew that they seen us standing there,there were a lady doing the drive Thru and another guy standing beside her doing nothing. he finally came to the register and his attitude was terrible. he overcharged me .69 cents for a upgrade for a lemonade that I didn't ask for or recive.he said that our food would be right out which was a lie.the fish tasted like it was cooked in old grease the hushpuppies looked like nuggets,the dinning room needed some one to clean the tables we had to clean our own.and if could get any worse the people that was on duty were using to much fowl language to be working in a business with costumers present.no respect at all.they could have been using that energy to clean the...

The amount of people standing waiting for their food to be cooked should have given it away. From people getting cold food, waiting 30 minutes for food, and the attitude of everyone there, you would think this place was in a third world country. Employees walking around, joking how they kept having employees walk out, general lack of energy, and no concern for any customer. Half the order wasn't even on the ticket, and almost all the food looked like it was a half assed school lunch. Condiments were not being refilled, the manager walking around with an attitude and stomping her feet the entire time. Waste of $30 and even though ill make that back in less than an hour, its the principle of the entire operation.
