We visited your establishment recently. We had switched to a competitor but thought, hey let's give CiCi's another chance since there is one located close to our house. We were greeted and explained how the pricing worked and paid. The staff imeditatly asked if we wanted anything special and we had a couple custom pizzas ordered and started to eat. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The pizza was absolutely incredible and not what I recall when we last ate there 10+ years ago. the salad bar was fresh and new pizzas flowed onto the hot plates as quick as a pizza was consumed or had been out too long. Our family of 6 enjoyed the deserts as well we were well informed when some fresh dessert pizza was on its way. After we migrated to the game room and tried out a number of games. It was a lot of fun. We had an issue with one game and they put the gun for the game out of service and offered a dessert pizza to the daughter whose money was lost in the game, she was elated. (This is how you invest in a future repeat customer!) Deanna, the GM, was so very personable and pleasant as were the rest of the staff. I want to point out the professionalism and team atmosphere that her staff seemed to be enjoying. It is refreshing to see such attention to each aspect of our visit. Bathroom 10/10 Food 10/0 Restaurant cleanliness 10/10. You guys killed it and it should be known. I'm a social person so I inquired with other patrons who had similar feelings. Not sure if they are getting the recognition they need. Just make sure they get acknowledged for efforts that are so RARE now adays. No Quiet Quiters on staff the night we went! finally word:...
Read moreUsually a good experience, but on our most recent visit on Sunday, October the 14th, they had almost zero pizza on the buffet. Understandable if it's busy but it wasn't too bad. My husband even asked the cashier if they'd just gotten slammed and the response was "Actually, it's been kinda slow all day." The variety was bare minimum and people were so desperate for pizza, the trays were cleared within seconds. It was one more family short of being an absolute bloodbath on the line. That being said, the pizza that was provided was usual Cici's quality and obviously fresh and hot due to the fact that they could barely suppress the hungry mob advancing from the opposite side of the counter. Elsewhere, the place was pretty disgustingly filthy. I was handed a buzzer that was coated in countless layers of grease from ages long forgotten. And that was just the beginning. All of the tables and chairs were greasy, and the floor was more disgusting than usual. Honestly, the bathroom was the cleanest part of this experience, where I fled at the end of the meal to scrub myself up to my elbows like a surgeon before an operation. But I digress. I'm a bit of a germophobe and as I said before, the experience isn't usually this bad. Also, I didn't get sick despite being surrounded by a plethora of unattended children and unsanitized surfaces. My husband and six-year-old left thoroughly satisfied and unbothered. I, on the other hand, will be wary when returning to this location, possibly plagued by wartime-esque flashbacks of my most recent experience, and armed with an arsenal of Clorox wipes and...
Read moreThe entire team was friendly and outgoing. With the traditional Welcome to CiCi's when we walked to the staff greeting us as we made out way down the buffet. The pizzas and salad were all extremely fresh, and constantly being restocked. The new pizzas (stuffed crust and bacon chicken ranch flatbread) were both very good (new favorites). The entire restaurant (buffet and seating) was EXTREMELY clean, and there was a continuous cleaning by the staff and manager to maintain the cleanliness for the guests streaming in.
What blew us away was the outstanding service of the Manager, Oscar. He was outstanding on all accounts. He was taking time to greet each guest when they entered the store (no matter where he was) but then made it a point to walk around the seating areas (while cleaning) and check on each table to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. At the same time he was helping out other team members, making sure that everyone was on task, and that all stations were being attended to. He went out of his way to make our son happy (exchanged a red ball we had won in the claw machine, for a blue one that our son had really been trying for). It was a small gesture that made our son's day, and made us sure to return and recommend this location to all of our friends. This is the type of management and service that creates...
