I originally went in to order my food and told them specifically what I wanted on my sandwich they added mayo on my food which I am allergic to. I called and spoke to the manager to report the issue he was pleasant and explained the miscommunications on the staffâs part. Not only did l have to rush to grab a Benadryl while at work but I went in today with my receipt to get my order remade. I called ahead of time to let them know I was on the way and the lady repeated my order over the phone, she told me it would be ready when I arrived. The lady at the register was being unprofessional making a verbal gesture to let the guy know it was me to pick up my order. I over looked that because l just wanted my food and leave, life is too short to entertain unnecessary drama. The guy that made my food told me my order was already made as he still was asking me what I wanted on my sandwich! Clearly it wasnât ready. I check my food and he literally was being funny putting a tiny piece of cheese on my food. I would never in my life eat or recommend this location to anybody! You are playing with people food and not taking customer service seriously! This is the 2nd time this month I have had a bad experience, at first I thought it was just busy due to lunch time but no itâs the people working at this location.    Read more1st experience here I just like totally just walked out the door was not happy with order. ticket number 20028 young lady with color in her hair took my order had gloves on strike 1 she fix my food with the same gloves she use the register with. 2 she fix my food I ask if chicken can be warmed not cold she had already place the chicken in my salad. For good customer service I assume she would say ok great let me warm the chicken up after I explain I do not like cold chicken on my salad. She still fixes the salad while her coworker is explaining to me that the chicken comes that way after I am explaining I do not like cold chicken.    Read moreI always get the Firehouse salad. The price is $9.69. The young man behind the counter charged me $10.19. I explained to him what the price should be by pointing to the board behind him. He said the price is higher because without meat it's $7.69, with meat it's $10.19. I told him that's not what the board behind him says. Someone else came and charged me the correct amount. Every time I come into this Firehouse subs, they always charge me the wrong price and I'm explaining what the price should be. This time, the young man behind the counter really pissed me off because he felt he was right. I have decided I will never return to this place again because they have no idea what to charge a salad.
