Waited in the drivethrough for 32 mins, just for them to give me the wrong order. Along with some redropped soggy fries. The cashier ask me to move forward into a parking place, but not before she told me that she dont work in the kitchen and that she had just gotten there. While waiting in a parking place, the manager gets in her truck and leaves. The cook come out and tells me that he was suppose to get off at 4:30pm. He also added that the whole pm shift was 30 to 45 mins late getting to work. The cashier was very unattentive, her attitude showed that she just didnt care. I receive my food approximately 10 later ans it still wasnt what i ordered. I just yold the cook who was still engaging me in conversation that my order waa still wrong. He offered to go back in off the clock to make it right. I declined. This was the worst service in a fastfood establishment EVER. Almost 45 mins at a fastfood place. They surely need training in customer service, attentiveness, timing of food. I only ordered a #7 bbq bacon...

I requested another box from the window clerk which was granted with humor as if though I thought the poor presentation was funny, as well. NOPE, I WAS NOT AMUSED! Beforehand, the cashier and order taker were very unprofessional young girls. The cashier responded as if though she di not want say 'you are welcome' after I initiated a thank you. Moreover, upon retrieving my order from a cook, the cook stated they were about to provide old fries to my fresh order of chicken bites until she stepped in to replace with freshly cooked fries. It is sad to know that the 5:00pm shift has trifling and unprofessional employees. This is a MUST to correct through effective training and/or by replacing poorly performING employees. Read moreIf I could give it 0 stars I definitely would. Coming from someone who actually works at the store, Cedrick, the shift manager makes customers’ food with his bare hands. Also is rude to customers regularly. GM Shervon aka Shay is rude as well, but she saves that attitude for her staff! The inside of the store is never thoroughly cleaned. Not a friendly work environment. Charges customers more than what they are actually receiving at times so please be very clear on what you’re ordering and what the actual price is! Assistant manager Toya is a delight and actually overdoes her job! Also don’t get me started on the wait times! Be prepared to sit in line for 5-10 minutes if you’re going to come after 11pm. New managers should definitely be put in place and evaluated!!! :) as well as the store itself.
