Taco Bell — Restaurant in Memphis

Skip this stop if in town or on a road trip passing thru! The drive thru was the worst service I've had in 25 years of going to Taco Bell. The person trying to take the order, and the manager could not understand basic orders and one modification- no tortilla (I'm gluten-free). The person ahead of us took 5+ minutes to explain and reexplain their order and visually were agitated. Then we pulled up and found out why. They didn't tell me my total, so I said "hello" after a while, and they said, "Welcome to Taco Bell ..." I said that it was still me, I didn't get a total nor told to pull ahead, so I had no idea if they understood the order. Pulled up to the window, no apology or explanation of their incompetence. Had to explain the no tortilla part again (4th time). Then the food was subpar. What was I expecting at that point, though? The loaded beef nachos had one chip with beans- out of 3 orders of them. My two cheesy bean and rice burritos with no tortillas (in bowls) were gross. The beans were still powdered and inedible. Again, skip this stop if in town or on a road trip...

This is the best location I have been to! I live in Olive Branch, but it's worth the drive to get your food hot and fresh and to be treated with kindness! The location near me is always rude and slow. They make the food small and use stale/old ingredients and the cashiers yell at you and have a nasty attitude.

I was very pleasantly surprised when the lady that took my order at this location on Riverdale was nice. She let me order without cutting me off or rushing me. My food was hot and good and I got it fast. Oh, the Olive Branch one near me doesn't have a coffee pot and hasn't had one for months, so I was happy to finally get to try the Cinnabon Iced Coffee at the Riverdale location.

The only suggestion/complaint that I have is that they put very little ice in the hot coffee to make the iced coffee, so it was still hot when I got it I bought 2 large cups of ice to pour the hot coffee in to make it actually cold...so it would be great if they would pre-cool the coffee in the walk in cooler or if they put more ice in the coffee or something. Besides that,...

Delivery or not. They keep on messing up a lot of order self, mind and I gave them 3 tries on 3 different days.

The first one, they just threw my order in there and it was a pick up. So it looked like everything was thrown in there.

The second one, was a online order. And that order was all the way wrong, including. My cantina chicken bowl having no chicken or rice.It was mostly vegetarian and have no avocado, But yet they put chicken on my chicken Quesadilla

It was reported but all they did was Ten percent off 10+ Like I would spend that much just to get $1 off.

My third and final one was another online order. My avocado ranch soft taco was very soggy, but it barely had any sauce. And I ordered a avocado saucepack but it's not there

This location by itself, no other location has messed up my order. I'm not sure what's going on in there to wear.My order looks like it's been poorly made and thrown in there. I would like to hear the excuse for why it always looks like that Over $30 wasted on...
