Living 25 minutes away, was disappointed delivery option was gone. After trying to place a phone order, I eventually went in and saw the lady host handling To-Go orders, managing takeouts, inside checks, & helping serve customers. No wonder no one answered, I completely understood. She handled it very well with a smile, but she obviously needed help. There was a single server bussing the floor who was also very busy. The dining room had about 35 guests, with others coming and going for takeout. I overheard the kitchen was backed up, and that an additional cook would arrive soon. The inside guests seemed to notice the strain (looking around for their meals/drinks). Unfortunately, the desserts, including my favorite carrot cake, had been unavailable for the past month. I ordered chicken quesadillas, wings, and garlic broccoli, with a 45-minute wait. Three years of coming here, the food has never been an issue - as always, delicious. Portions were large, I didn’t finish. The service remained great/extremely friendly, despite being understaffed. I recommend dining in & choosing a slower day or placing pickup well in advance (this was Sat. evening). Overall, from placing the order to receiving it took an hour, which not having other plans, was okay to me. Thank you to the hardworkers! Should the owner/mgmt see my review, it may be wise to invest in additional staff to help things run smoother and avoid overworking the current team. The restaurant has great potential with its popularity and quality food!

So this place is a hidden gem! The food was really good. The staff was very friendly and the environment itself quite nice. I had the fish & grits with grilled shrimp. The dish was good but the fish was a bit soggy. I would suggest placing the fish on the side opposed to directly on top of the grits but it was still de-lish. Also my shrimp was cold so that was a bummer. My husband had the salmon which was really good but his broccoli was cold. My daughter had the broiler with the snow crab and although she said it was pretty good she said it could’ve used a bit more seasoning but she still enjoyed her fish. My son had the catfish with fried shrimp & seasoned fries and let me say their fries are phenomenal! The seasoning is really good and he was going nuts over the fried shrimp! All in all great visit! Only giving 4 stars due to the cold shrimp & broccoli. We will definitely be back.

Our first visit was during The Time Of The Virus, so drive up only. We didn't think to order ahead, so when the server came out she was able to take our order at the car window. Our server was very friendly and competent. The food was worth the 20 minute wait! Driving home with the goodies we were tortured with the wonderful aromas wafting out of the bag. We found generous servings for our Shrimp and Grits, and the (1lb) Shrimp Boil. Check out the photos. Shrimp and Grits had smoked Gouda added for a real belly-filling load of cheesy grits under blackened shrimp. The Shrimp Boil came in a bag, and not having a table covered in paper at home, we settled for eating the shrimp, corn and stuff out of the bag. We also added the Strawberry Cake and Carrot Cake. A little small for five bucks each, but they still were great and satisfying desserts.

I visited them over the weekend with my friend for lunch. We've been drooling over their IG for a while now and decided to finally try them out. The restaurant is clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We loved our waitress, funny and warm demeanor. I got the CAJUN steak. Now listen I love steak!! I know a good one. The steak was cooked medium exactly as I asked. It was a very nice size and had a good amount of fat. SADLY, it lacked SALT!!!!! It needed that base of salt . Or more seasoning? It just tasted like "meat ", no extra flavor to really heighten it? It was cooked perfectly though, so with the addition of A1 it was good My side of potatoes NEEDED SALT& PEPPER. my friend had lamb chops THEY WERE SEASONED TO PERFECTION. SALTED JUSTTTT RIGHT yum!! I wonder are they coated with a different seasoning blend than the cajun ribeye..because that would have blown my mind on my steak. Her potatoes and mac needed salt too.. we will be back for seafood next time! Over all good quality food. Good atmosphere. May ask for extra seasoning if I get...

Highly don't recommend. Me and my family went here due to rumors of great food. We were seated and told that it would be a 30-40 minute wait for the main meal. So we ordered an appetizer. Anyways, fast forward an HOUR we still did not have our food and we had watched customer after customer walk in to do a to go order and in 15 minutes walk out with their food. AND many tables had been served that they had come in after us. My dad just asked the waitress about how much longer on the food due to it being an hour (it was now 8:30PM). The waitress replied that there were two more tickets in front of ours....(there were no more customers there that had arrived before us) so my dad gave specific examples of tables that were served before us. She argued with him and said that they came in before us. We CLEARLY knew they had not. SHE CONTINUED TO ARGUE WITH HIM. We wasted 1 hour and 15 minutes on this place just to get treated with disrespect. So at 8:45 PM we paid for the appetizers, left and went to...
