Stopped at this location on Riverdale Rd and ordered a combo #4 and 10 hot wings. The cashier did tell me that the wings had a cook time on them. Personally I was glad because they were going to taste good. So I got to the window, paid and the cashier asked me to pull around and she will bring my order out. (Time is 8:35pm). So I pulled around to the front notice that the front spaces were full so I parked on the 2nd row. Once cars moved I pulled in front of the building and waited....... and waited......... AND WAITED. Then at 9:05pm I went back inside and asked the drive-thur cashier about my order. She then looks around says something to the cook then comes back up to the front and says "your wings are still cooking" at the same time another older gentleman walks in and asked about his 5 wings. I told the driver-thur cashier I want my money back. She go looks for her manager who is outside for a key or card (not quite sure which method they use for refund purposes) she comes back and gives me 8.56$. I asked her did she know how much my order was? She then replied "you want all of it" ...... YEAH IM NOT EATING HERE AFTER YOU LIED ABOUT MY WINGS STILL COOKING.... A WHOLE 30 MINS. She went back outside to find the manager, meanwhile the front counter cashier (who's name starts with a C) offered me and the other gentleman a drink for our wait.. the other cashier came back and gave me my full refund.
Now it doesn't take 30 mins to cook hot wings that take 9 mins and 30 sec. Why did this girl LIE to a customer? And why is the Shift Manager outside and not watching his crew or the store? How often does the Store Manager check up on her crew? Now the cashier at the front counter needs to be recognized for her customer service, the drive-thur cashier needs training and the Manager on duty needs to be terminated.... He's not working anyway! I will be filing...
Read moreThe reason I gave a three it was four, the parking lot as you come in needs to be repaved! If you have problems with your car suspension or just hand your car realigned you’re going to have some issues here. Everything was nice until I get to the water window and the young lady could not just say sorry were not able to get you your cup of water would you like something else in its place with no charge. Instead I was met with it’s broke our water machines broke! And of course I am looking like but it’s water.
I go to some KFC locations where they make their sweet tea just right or to sweet this is the reason I ask for a cup of water. But now I have to alter the situation by waiting until I get home to get water to put with the sweet tea if it is too sweet. I will find out in a moment. Turns out it wasn’t too sweet but it was definitely warm.
There was a whole lot wrong with my order I prayed an extra dollar for something I did not get she did not give me original recipe but crispy instead and the potato wedges I asked for were old! Whenever a person ask for a meal if those potato wedges have been out more than 15 minutes you know it’s policy to make fresh ones! If I ever have to go today’s location I will not go through the drive-through but inside and let them know exactly what I want...
Read moreI went to this KFC yesterday around 5:45pm to order dinner and while there another man came in and did the same. The cashier handed both of us our cups for our drinks so we proceeded to the drink machine. When I went to get my drink it only looked like carbonation and taste bad. The gentleman behind me did the same and had a similar experience so we both went back to the counter to inform the cashier of the issue. She rudley responded, "Nobody else has complianed" and looked at us like we were crazy. Only thing she did was look at the machine and state "my levels say it's fine." Now mind you she didn't open the machine or even take a cup to taste for herself. Neither one of us were offered a drink filled from behind the counter or anything, just left there holding our empty cups while we waited for the rest of our orders. I also overheard the cashier say to another employee we must be together. Mind you I did not know this man or had met him a day before in my life and the only thing we have in common is we both tried to get a drink and received the same HORRIBLE customer service. I don't know what she had been through that day but to treat paying customers with such disdain and rudeness is unacceptable! I will not be back to this KFC...
