China House — Restaurant in Memphis

This been the tenth time I have been to this restaurant , sents the first , but tonight is the last time I will be beaten I order the house lomain which come with steak , shrimps , and chicken. But tonight I order extra shrimps and got beat on the steak and chicken, I have more noodles in my bowl then protein. I have this order dishe nine times before the first time hoping that the ever time it was like the first time . Now as of now I only have one piece of chicken, about four pieces of steak , and eight shrimps. I spent twenty two dollars on my food, now I also order some chicken wings they are good to be breaded ,which brought my told to twenty two dollars. But am tried go here and my food deffent each time , more chicken or less steak or just two shrimps. Then the kid at the register is very irresponsible and very lack luster. On the it's time for me to stop going here. They are not consistent with their food...

The lady who takes orders is unnecessarily rude and to be honest that makes me feel uncomfortable eating the food here. We went with something simple: shrimp fried rice, egg rolls, and teriyaki chicken.

I don't mean to be one of those people but the chicken here is so weird- it's like "ground beef" from Taco Bell. The chicken is tough, yellow-ish, off-tasting, and super greasy. If you do a little bit of research it is easy to find out what the appearance and taste of dog meat is and I'm just hoping the meat isn't that because it definitely matches the description of cooked dog meat.

The egg rolls: were nasty and really had no flavor besides the strong taste of carrots. The rice: was very oily and tasted old. The teriyaki chicken: the sauce tasted like water, it wouldn't stick to the chicken and there was no flavor in it. The chicken was gross too, it smelled weird and looked weird.

People who are thinking about eating here please be careful. Anytime the customer service is bad so is everything else, and it's usually a sign that the owners do NOT care about how they prepare your food, what they use to prepare your food, and...

I’ve come here with my mom for almost 15 years and this place has completely changed for the worse. Today I had the chicken and broccoli, while my boyfriend had the shrimp lo Mein. The owner’s wife seemed irritable as I asked her a question and she gave a look as if she did not care what I was saying. Instead of letting you know they don’t have lemonade in the cups, they charge you for the bottled lemonade that you could get at the dollar store. This is something that should be said up front, else I would’ve made a different choice yet they waited until after we paid and sat down for our food. The flavor of the food is not what it used to be. The chicken and broccoli barely had any chunks of chicken, just more of bite-size tiny scraps. I don’t know what happened to this place but it seems as if they don’t care anymore , because they know their loyal customers will continue to come back.
