I rushed in for a bottle of 818 and a bathroom break. Upon entry I said “I promise I’m about to bug something, but I really need to use the restroom. Do you have one?” Camo hat informed me there was no restroom so my friend who had already retrieved the bottle humorously retorted “where do you relieve yourself?” He responded with all wild gestures, eye rolls, head movements and zero amicability, “I go wherever I have to. You can go out back (as if I’m an animal). Why you questioning me?! Sitting here about to pee on my damn floor, are you buying or not?!??” As if I didn’t preface my request with the answer to his question. My question led me there for a bottle, my bladder rudely imposed a side quest and this eggplant provided the absolute worst customer service possible. This is my favorite spirit store.. I have been coming here ever since my mom brought me here. I'm not a real drinker, but when I have a preference or am interested in giving a grandiose gift...this is the store. They definitely have pazass and are connoisseurs in all brands and styles. I have purchased for my wedding day Lil Wayne's Bombu.. the cream one ..the one that was recommended was sold out. It was so smooth and went well with fruity flavors and my choices of coffees.... I made my new husband a Frappuccino with the keurig and blender we got for our wedding day with Bombu layered top and bottom. He absolutely loved it. I never go wrong with this store. And last I went, which was March... their liquor selection is always 2 to 5 Dollard cheaper than any other store. And if you like bougee, then this provides that, but the workers are down home. Called the store to inquire about a particular bourbon, as I was coming from another state, and was told they had it in. I drove down to purchase but when I arrived, I was told it was an allocated bourbon and they only sell allocated bourbons to people that do a high amount of business with them throughout the year. The store has an average inventory on the shelf, as I imagine anything worthwhile is locked away in the back for their VIPs.
