This KFC on Danny Thomas is not concerned about the customer. 7-13-25 1:08pm. I asked the lady for some hot fries and she just kept taking my order, without answering my question about the fries. I ordered the $7 Fill Up box with chicken strips and fries with drink. I asked the lady again about the fires at the window and she replied I got you covered. She said, What Im gonna put cold ice on the fries, come on now Iām about to let the devil use me. I said okay, because the last time I came I received cold hard fries. She told me, donāt go letting the devil use you (me) I said oh Iām not letting the devil (him ) use me honey. For one thing, you donāt talk to customers like that and she over charged me. I didnāt ask for a large drink, but she charged me for one. The box donāt come with a large drink and she didnāt give a straw either. I had to ask for napkins. I received my food and I told the lady thank you. Now, I had just left church and I was hungry. I drove off and entered the expressway. Iām driving and I opened my box and the fries was hot. I smiled. š My chicken strips was hard and dry and hard to chew. My smile turned into a frown! šWow really KFC! Iām driving and couldnāt turn around. I was very disappointed. š”My biscuit was dry and hard. Iām like, what the hell is going on. Really KFC. š¤I canāt eat. I begin to drink my drink. It tasted like water favored something. Yeah watered down drink. Im disappointed and Iām frustrated šand taking pictures of my food driving. This was a waste of my gas, time and money. How can the COOK treat a customer like this? The cashier didnāt fix the box. I said, She could have double checked the boxed for freshness. But she didnāt. This makes the company looks bad. I asked myself. Why? I said Iām reporting this mess. Now I had a wonderful time at church and the devil is a lie. They gave me old hard chicken strips, they wouldnāt eat them themselves. No dessert bars. So, I went to another KFC because I was hungry. I wanted to eat something before my head hurts. Yess I could have went back to Danny Thomas store. I had already driven to faraway. I went the KFC in Frasyer. and received good customer service and fresh food that was hot. I ordered the same $7 fill up box and I received the correct size drink and the drink tasted great! I placed my order at the mic and had to repeat myself SEVERAL times and had to ask for confirmation to make sure my order was correct. Once I got to the window, she told me my total, I handed her the money and she rolled her eyes and passed my food out the window hanging off her index finger. I checked my order and it was in fact wrong after having to repeat myself several times at the mic. When the window opened for my change there was a different young lady handing me my change while the manager was still standing in the window. I informed her my order was wrong and handed her the incorrect order while the manager was standing there rolling her eyes. Once the young lady brought my correct item to the window I asked her was that her manager and the young lady said yes while the manager fanned me out and yelled out have a good day maāam. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot safe nor friendly! Zero customer service! Went in to use their bathroom. An employee unlocked the bathroom door WITHOUT KNOCKING NOR SAYING ANYTHING! I yelled, "occupied!" The employee had the audacity to walk away without ever apologizing and leaving the door unlocked! I had to lock the door again, myself. Afterwards, I attempted to order food. Which never happened because all the employees were too busy chatting it up in the back. Not a single employee was up front near the cash register. My 4 year old toddler could not understand why we were not getting serviced: "Mommy, I'm hungry. They have food. You have money." That's right. I had the money. However, WE WERE IGNORED! No one ever acknowledged our presence. I'm not one to make a scene so I replied to my toddler: "Sad, but true, not all people are kind and that's why being kind and having manners is so important. Now, let's go to an even better place to eat!" I should've known they had no customer service after my terrifying bathroom experience, however, I still gave them a second chance by attempting to order food. FAIL! FAIL!...
