Edit: Ticket # 288 I called just now to.speak with a manager and spoke with a young lady named "Kiona". Told her my issues and that she should probably change the grease and not fry the wings so hard unless requested. She proceeds to tell me they've been in business for 8 years and tonight alone fried over 1'000 wings. To which my reply was "I've never heard of them until today via Google and that's a problem".
She offered me two choices...

However, your response to my feedback was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, you assumed it was my first visit and invalidated my opinion.
11/25/24 My review was based on my personal experience with the flavor I tried, and while I understand others may feel differently, criticism is part of running a business. Rather than being defensive, this could have been an opportunity to improve. If your recipe is truly great, let the food speak for itself instead of attacking a customer for sharing their honest perspective.

Walked to door, note on door said closed on Mondays due to chicken shortage. Yelp note said CLOSED. NEVER GOT MY FOOD - NEVER GOTTEN A CREDIT - NEVER RETURNS CALLS - TO BUSY TO TALK. The guy there is RUDE A LIAR and HORRIBLE. Put me in a real HARDSHIP & INCONVENIENCE. Had a death in family & I was feeding the family that night. I was an hour late but SHOUT OUT TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS. Explain whole situation to the gentleman he accommodated, expedited, discounted gave me a coke (I was in a panic) and assured me he was handling everything.
