I had been seeing this food truck for a while so I was excited about giving them a try. Me and my 5 year old son pulled up and the "open" sign on the truck was turned off. There was a lady in the window of the truck and she did not wave hello or look inviting so I asked her if they were closed. I was about 10 feet away in my truck and she kept acting like she couldn't hear me and already had an attitude. So I shouted "are you guys open?" And she replied "YES 😒😒😒" with so much attitude that I immediately pulled off. Will not be supporting or recommending to others. I expect friendliness as MINIMUM from companies I spend my money with. Also, she turned on the "open" sign after I pulled off. So I took this photo. Please do better and train your employees to leave the nasty attitudes at home.

This was my first time visiting here. I got the 4 piece smoked wings and side of cabbage for $12 and a side of shrimp for $5. I would like to give them a second chance and maybe try something eles on the menu. All of my wings were so dried out/brittle and I didn't taste enough flavor on them. The cabbage was good flavor wise but it had a big chunk of hard cabbage that wasn't fully cooked in the small portion of cabbage that I received. If I saw the big hard chunk I'm sure the person who fixed my plate did also. The shrimp flavor was pretty good. I will try something eles from here next time...just not the wings.

Maybe I just got some bad wings. Service was good and food came quick and was actually hot. But the wings were way over cooked. Almost like cardboard. Some of it was actually crunchy. The barbecue sauce wasn't good either. I believe the catfish fillet was smoked right but I just didn't like the flavor. The only thing I liked was the cabbage. The seasoning on it was very good. Maybe it's just not for me.

I was disappointed because they left something off my order and refuse to make it right on my next visit as promised. Also my sister used delivery for her steak dinner and well...I think they made it right for her after mentioning her mishaps in the WHERE BLACK MEMPHIS EATS GROUP on Facebook. Other than that they are ok and they stay open late.

THE FOOD WAS AWESOME FOR ME BUT THE BROKEN PROMISE HURT MY FEELINGS!!! I NEEDED THAT...
