Store 5437 has horrible customer service. Both the GM and ASM are extremely unprofessional and rude. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced such horrible service from this location.
Kelly, Amy, and Jacob are a part of the store management team. I am still waiting on a return call from Jacob from 10/28.
Amy’s language was disrespectful and degrading.
Kelly continually tried to over talk and yell at me.
Both Kelly and Amy hung up on me and Amy placed me in the do not service list claiming that I threatened her.
Stating that I was escalating the issue to upper management is in no way a threat!
I do not recommend this location at all!
Experience 1: Placed and online timed delivery totaling in over $80 for a school function to be delivered at 11:30, the order did not arrive until 3:20. School dismissed at 3:00pm. I called the store GM and he stated that he was sorry for the inconvenience and that he was the only person in store with 1 delivery driver. The manager stated that he would apply my total as a credit. I called back a few months later to use my credit for another school function and they new manager stated that since it was not used immediately I could to use it and that the manager that said he would apply it was n longer a part of their team.
Experience 2: I placed another online delivery order, the order was received an hour past its delivery time and was incorrect. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she said that I was the blame for the order being incorrect and that there was nothing they could or would do about the incorrect order nor the tardiness of the order. I informed her that after placing the order online I called the store to make adjustments, the manager said she would send a replacement order out, however I did not receive it until 2 hours later. When I inquired with the delivery driver, he stated that he was told to make me his last stop before heading back to the store. So though the replacement order was correct this time, it was cold and uneatable.
Experience 3: Placed a call in delivery order at 11:57, was quoted a delivery time of 12:18. My order did not arrive until 1:30, and that was after I'd called the store several times to check on the status of the delivery. The order finally arrived and the driver tells me to take it up with the store. Fast-forward to the next day, I call the store, the GM is not available and I speak with the ASM(assistant store manager). The entire time she is loud, talking over me, and being rude and disrespectful. She then tells me that they will not service me because I said that I would be contacting corporate, yells, and hangs...

Get this yall, The dominos driver left with the pizza.
This place is stealing money and keeping the pizza. That's unacceptable. I did report this place to corporate. Beware, I would not order here.
Update: 05/02/24 I actually went up to the location after many failed attempts to speak to someone on the phone to get the associate a refund(this place will not handle nothing on the phone).
I talk with a manager by name of Princess who said she was going handle the situation. She informed me the driver left with pizza because he was on a time limit🧐nobody called inside or nothing. She said she would call the associate whose card was charge for a refund. I said okay and gave the manager my number as well as the associate whose card was charge for pizza the company didnt get.....Guess what yall? She handle nothing. Didn't even get a call back or nothing.
I wrote a email to the place. Every comment on this page the owner is responding saying write a email. I have wrote a email and haven't heard nothing back.
Please do not order here yall. This place is bad business. These reviews are not lying.

Read moreI am extremely unhappy with the service experience we had. We ordered 3 pizzas at 8 pm on a Friday, so I would definitely expect a longer wait than usual. However, after an hour and a half of waiting for our pizzas, we called to check in on our order. We wanted to see if we could come pick up the order rather than wait for it to be delivered. The wait to speak on the phone kept having increasingly long estimated wait time, so we gave up. Then we called again and were placed on hold for an hour and a half after which the call was dropped apparently due to technical difficulties. After 3.5 hours of waiting we were finally notified that our pizza had been delivered, but it was never delivered. We drove to the store, and asked for a refund since we hadn't ever gotten the food. The employees there were extremely patient and kind, and they took care of very well when we were actually in the store front. We were able to get a refund, and they were able to locate our order. However, they gave us our order and it was missing one of the three pizzas. The pizza was cold because it had been sitting around for hours, and it was a huge disapointment for our night. I will not be ordering here again, and I would recommending trying your luck elsewhere if you want a pizza quicker than 4 hours...
