I bought a vape and it didn’t work and I showed proof of it. I asked if I could exchange it and he said no. I then asked if I could get a refund and he also said no. So I asked if I could speak to his manager and he said no again. I asked him to give me his name and his managers number and he told me it was “911”. He clearly seen that the vape didn’t work.
