Let me preface this by saying that this is my fault because I should have gone to Red Hook Seafood like I normally do.
This is my second time ordering from here and it is also my last. I ordered extra eggs and corn in my order because why not right? Unfortunately the corn and the eggs were extremely overcooked, to the point where I could not avoid calling the restaurant.
The owner answered the phone and I explained the issue. Long story short, the owner was more upset than I was, explaining that "he has a high margin and that he has been in business for 5 years so the food must be good. And that he's not selling hamburgers here."
He was loud, constantly spoke over me, and was unapologetic about the entire issue. And then he hung up the phone while I was speaking. Disgusting Behavior for anyone, especially an owner. No customer service experience whatsoever. He should never be allowed to answer a phone. Ever. Grossly unprofessional. Yuck.

I highly suggest that you run, don't walk, to an emotional intelligence and customer service course immediately. Or balance the books. But stay away from customers if you can't control your emotions when the food is not prepared as it should. This is a business. ...
