Ruby Williams - State Farm Insurance Agent — Local services in Bartlett

I called in to Ruby Williams office to get an explanation of why the amount I was quoted for a policy is a different amount than what I was billed for. The woman who answered announced herself as Ruby Williams when I called.

Ruby Williams was unprofessional and rude. She did not allow me to complete my sentences before she interrupted me. She also could not provide me with an explanation as to why the quote I received via email was different than what I was billed. She also told me false information about the last amount that I paid.

When I mentioned to Ruby Williams that she was being unprofessional in not allowing me to finish speaking before she interrupted me, she continued in the same manner. I told her that I would just cancel the policy. She said, "ok" , and hung up on me.

If you want a professional, honest agent, who appreciates your business and respects you as a person, I suggest dealing with another agent besides...

Im so appreciative to my agent Allicia Redmond. Im currently in the process of buying a home. No matter how many times I asked the same redundant questions. Allicia answerd as if it was the first time. She even returned a call after hours to ensure. I got what I needed. She told me everything I needed to know. As, well as the stuff I didn't know I needed to know. Or,even to ask. Anyone looking for a quote with clarification and quality. Please call and ask for Allicia!

They answered every question that I had and gave me the best option that would suit my needs. being new to purchasing insurance it was a little intimidating to have to find options for myself, but they made it easier for me to choose.
