⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Disappointed Overall
I visited this Jamaican food truck today and was really hoping for a good experience, but unfortunately most of the meal missed the mark. The rice and peas were decent, but everything else fell short.
The brown stewed chicken was overcooked and tough, which made it hard to enjoy. The beef patty was $6.00 but extremely hard—honestly as firm as a coaster. The biggest letdown was the mac and cheese. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened up the patties one of them had fuzzy white stuff (not flour) on the back side and the other had what looked like metal wire brush particles on it. Maybe they just had a bad batch 🤷🏾♂️. Gave 2 stars because they tasted average as well. For $6 I was expecting to be blown away, so extra disappointed after the price I paid for them. Regardless, won’t be...
