I honestly don’t know how this location has a 3.1 rating! I suspect that friends, family, previous or current employees and managers, or customers encouraged to give a five star review, in exchange for a cookie or discount, are coached in giving 5 star reviews to counter the 1 star reviews, to increase their average!! THAT IS THE ONLY LIKELY POSSIBILITY! I would avoid this location like a plague!!! Unfortunately, my wife loves KFC, and would eat it more frequently if there was another location close by that was clean and had good service. Here’s the real truth in a nutshell! I have attempted to try this location about twice a year for the past, at least 10 years. I am being generous to say that, in all that time, maybe on 3 occasions, has my order been correct, fresh, and timely! Now, for starters, how the heath dept. hasn’t shut this location down, is incredible! Remember, my wife “LOVES” Kfc! I usually refuse to go there, but about every 6 months or so I think, well maybe things have changed, maybe it’s finally gotten better, yet year after year it’s the same old routine! You enter and your instincts say “ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE”! The first thing you notice is how dirty the floors are! The next thing you see is the “NASTY” dirty drink machine and the spilled soda all over the counter. You then step to the counter and you see the “dark side” of the laboratory. A salmonella breeding ground just waiting for a ride home with you! Tongs on the floor, prep counters that look like they haven’t seen a wash cloth since the store opened and this is where they are prepping your order. Next you wait, as you wonder which one of these people, that haven’t acknowledged you presence will be taking your order. After the representative is finished with his or her tasks of completing the previous customers order, assisting coworkers, or checking their Instagram account, they finally realize you are there! Then you will “attempt” to place your order, and if you are lucky enough, you just might get to order what you want! Don’t hold your breath though you’ll probably pass out because they are likely not to have what you want. Now, as long as it’s not 2 hours before they close, they “might” prepare your order fresh, if you are willing to wait 30 minutes “ without apology “. If you do get your order to go, “CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!” I’ll say it again, “CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!!” IT IS LIKLEY TO BE WRONG!!! I cannot stipulate this enough, Check your order! Especially, if they are out of biscuits!!!! They will not tell you!! You just won’t get them in your order! As I said earlier, we have given this location chance after chance after chance and it’s has remained consistently terrible for more than 10 years! It is beyond explanation as to how and why they are still in business. Most businesses encourage customer feedback. Either positive or negative feedback is encouraged to be reported so that they can improve or correct the concerns, and most are committed to rapid development to satisfy customer concerns. All I tell anyone is to “ read the reviews!” Ten years and no improvement?? How concerned is KFC about your experiences in their establishments? Obviously, this location is not concerned at all!! I use to work at kfc when I was 15 and it’s easy to run the place . I ain’t never seen the line person be in charge of taking orders and fulfilling all his own orders alone , then the front staff just running around looking losts . It took me and (5) - (10) other customers that were waiting outside over an hour to receive our food . I am calling corporate! Do not eat here . Then they just kept looking crazy instead of just fulfilling my order . I was so out done , that I was in shock . Two workers came in claiming to help and neither of them insured I had my food . It was a mess . Then the guy at the window kept saying he has 5 vehicles outside . This was the worst experience I have had at any restaurant or fast food place in my lifetime. Read moreThe menu for the wings combo is priced incorrectly. If the person taking orders had given me the price, before asking me to pull around would have helped out a lot. Once I confirm the price with Sydney I had to dig around for more change to pay for my order. I gave Sydney $7 and for some reason I thought that was all. However Sydney quickly opened up the window and rudely said " I need $0.07". And then proceeded to laugh and joke around with somebody in the back. I got my food and then realized I needed ketchup. After waiting for a few moments, for her to come back to the window, she didn't peeped over in the bucket and told me "we don't have any ketchup". I then drove off, and pulled around into the parking lot to eat my food. Which turned out to be garbage. Potato wedges were hard and burnt to the crisp. As well as the stale hot wings there were dried out from being in the warmer for too long.
