I get off work late around 9pm so I tend to call and place my order as soon as I get off. For the second time now, I have called my order in at 9pm and got the restaurant between 9:40pm-9:45pm and the doors are closed and locked and half of the lights are turned off. The closing time for the restaurant is 10pm which is listed on their website and on Google. Meanwhile everyone is still working in the kitchen and behind the register. Yesterday in particular they were blasting music when I arrived at 9:45pm dancing and filming themselves on Snapchat and TikTok. One young lady came to the door and said "sorry we're closed." I explained that I had driven 40 min to pick up my order and I had a call in. She said "we already threw the food out sorry it's nothing I can do" I told her she was lying because I could see my food bagged sitting on the counter because I know for a fact they decided to keep it and take it home for themselves. If you are going to operate a business with a closing time of 10pm and I get there 10-20 min before that closing time, I should be able to pick up my food with no issues. It's very inconvenient and unprofessional. I spend my hard earned money and gas to support YOUR business and this is the thanks I get in return....

They told me that my order was picked up by someone else, and I showed them the text message from my order. Some girl name Maria came up to the counter and told me that they could remake it. I asked her how long it would take, and she told me 5 to 10 minutes. When I said to her that I didn’t know if I could wait that long because I was in a hurry, she got an attitude and asked me if I would rather wait or call the original site to get my refund. I showed her that there was no number to call except the restaurant, and she looked at me and said what do you want me to do about it? I just told her to go ahead and make my food, but then she started talking with another employee about me and the situation. I asked her her name and she told me with a smirk. I drove home, a fifteen minute ride and noticed I was missing 5 wings off my order and had to return to the store. When I did, I showed the cashier the food was untouched and asked for it to be replaced. They told me they would only fix the missing part of the order and put 5 wings in with the cold food. They said they could not redo the entire order, although I had drove 15 minutes home and 15 minutes back. The cashier contacted the store manager via phone who basically said it was my fault and I chose for my food to be cold. I CHOSE MY FOOD TO BE COLD?! Are you kidding me! Terrible customer service.
