Update: I was offered 2 free buffets it wasn’t much but I’ll take it. 2 months later still haven’t received the vouchers. I reached back out to the person who emailed me about the vouchers and no response very bad for business.
I visited this fine establishment on Thursday 9/19 and pretty much was a waste of money half the games didn’t work there was no pizza at the buffet I was asked upon entrance if I would like a pizza made I said yes and I had a pizza made for me not knowing that would be the only pizza I would see the entire hour and a half I was there. My client got 2 attractions on his card but never got a chance to enjoy them because there was only one person working in that area and that was he working laser tag station so well when we left he still had those 2 attractions unused on his card he never got a chance to get anything to eat because no pizza was never brought out just pictures of pizza at each station. The nacho station salad bar and cooked food station were the only stations that had food. The lady was set up the stations for those areas was extremely rude I stood waiting walking back and forth and she took her precious times sitting out tongs so I could grab the chips for the nachos I asked her twice for the tongs and she kept ignoring me and was putting down spoons for every thing and made me stand and wait until she got done and she was walking back and forth doing this and eating food at the same time right in front of me I kept looking at her sticking her hands in the food and eating it with the same gloves on. I decided to get some chicken but nope only one piece was available and it looked old and dried out. When my client came to eat he was waiting I said what’s wrong he said he wanted some pizza I looked around and still no pizza at this point an hour had went by I told him he’d have to order him a pizza he got so upset he was ready to go so we left and I ended up taking him to McDonald’s. They said they were short staffed but I seen several people walking and sitting around including the manager who upon entrance also denied him use of his military discount you would think that he would have offered some sort of discount knowing there would be no pizza at a pizza buffet but nope. He had been sick the past month and had been waiting to visit incredible pizza for so long but this is the service we...
Read moreA fun place for the family. It is a little confusing because you have to pay for entry/food, game tokens (on a card), and attractions (rides) separately. It is unclear what constitutes a ride or a game, and some things appear to be both (like the pin bowling).
The food was just OK, but there is a lot to choose from so your family will find something they like. The corndogs were basically crackers they had been sitting out so long, but I imagine they were good at some part of the day. They have tacos, salad, baked potatoes, pizza, desserts, etc. Plenty of soda to drink. One soda machine said it was down for cleaning the entire time we were there, but there were like three more so it did not make a big difference. The ice cream ran out and took a while to refill.
There were a lot of themed places to eat but the entertainment in the eating rooms was super sparse and they were dated. One showed a looping of Horton Hears a Who that would drop out mid way every few loops. The other has a more modern cartoon but the sound was down so you could not hear it. Both projectors were obviously past their prime.
The games were decent. The game area got pretty hot and was nice to leave. They have a lot of ticket-based games where you can turn $20 into $0.50 of buying power in the blink of an eye.
They had some actual video games, mostly shooting and driving games. It felt like a nickel arcade but the games were normally a dollar or two. A few games were out of order and others would rip you off. We had trouble with the pin bowling not ever releasing any balls, and the air hockey never released a puck.
Getting your money back was pretty easy, just explain the issue. Be careful however, as some things are both credits and rides, like the pin bowling. When we asked for a refund, they gave us the $4 but did not refund the ride credit.
My biggest complaint was the girl at the front desk sold me a couple of attraction)ride credits because I asked if the mini golf was an attraction and she said yes. What she failed to tell me was that there is no mini golf at this location.
Luckily credits and attractions don't expire and can be used at any location.
It was fun, but mainly because my grandson is 5. Otherwise, it would have been a downer. And I see no reason to go there unless you are...
Read moreI have been trying my best to get over what happened to me yesterday but the pure disrespect that I experienced has to be addressed. I was verbally assaulted by the two managers on duty. The older white women and Michael. All over a wristband that I had in my possession along with my receipt. I was stopped by the old white woman while going to the buffet. She jumped in front of me with so much hate and hostility in her eyes and demanded that she see my wristbands. I immediately pulled them out along with my receipt. She yelled and said “Well you have to put them on”. I told her she needs to learn how to talk to people and I asked her to go get Michael as I remembered him from my time working at this same Incredible Pizza as a teen. I don’t know what lie she told him but he too approached with slight hostility and refused to hear my complaint about her and my reasoning for the wristband issue. This escalated to Michael demanding I leave without a refund and without my children. They made a complete scene. My family ended up pleading with me to stay because all of my child wanted for his birthday was to come to here since we hadn’t been in a while. I literally went around filming SEVERAL patrons who did not have their wristbands on. Even two guests that were with me DID not have them on and the old woman never addressed them! I understand the wristband policy wholeheartedly but I do not understand why I was singled out amongst so many other patrons. It’s apparent that she was simply jealous of my existence. My child has been traumatized. All he remembers from this experience is thinking his mom was about to get taken away and SEVERAL customers and staff kept checking on me throughout my stay. I did not even get a chance to eat nor did my mom. One worker stated they were 100% wrong and acted as if they had a personal vendetta against me. He told me he will gladly give a statement if I move forward with pressing charges. My family and I will never step foot in this...
