Walked in and was not greeted. A white woman who was on her cell phone in a video call talking and taking my order at the same time. While ordering stops me and says “we ain’t got no white bread!” I said wheat is fine. She then continued her phone conversation. I watched the man slice the meat for the sandwich with no gloves or washing his hands. Then take the meat to the back for cooking. Placing the meat on a counter with no paper or anything. Then be goes to the back. I’m not sure if it was the bathroom or not. However still didn’t wash hands or put gloves on. Then put my sandwich in a bag and hand it to me. No thank you or see you again nothing. The white lady who still was not done with her phone conversation was trying to find a charger. She didn’t say anything as well. There is no health department rating anywhere. I did not eat my sandwich as it was soggy and disgusting. Wasted $12 and couldn’t ask for money back. Don’t go here you will get sick!🤢 the owner needs to come in and clean this place up and hire or train...

I ordered a sandwich and it was made incorrectly, I didn’t realize this until I returned to work. I called to let her know and she personally remade the sandwich, unbeknownst to me Lenny’s made the terrible choice to change the cheese that they normally put on the chicken Philly’s with a horrible thick cheese that doesn’t melt and tastes like mozzarella cheese. I drove back to the store to get the remade sandwich and it still was not right, I called and Angela explained the cheese switch up and not only did she remake my sandwich again, but she drove 20 minutes to my job on her way home and hand delivered it to me at my job. This is one of the most AMAZING acts of kindness I have ever experienced and I will always remember Angela and her store! She could have easily offered to comp my meal the next time but she wanted to make sure that I didn’t go without lunch that day! Thank you Angela...
Read moreWe placed an online order, on 3/21/21, picked up the order and it was completely wrong. The receipt was correct, but none of the items made were made correctly. For example the grilled chicken salad had mayo based chicken salad on the salad and two sandwiches were incorrect as well. Luckily, we checked the order before leaving. Upon notifying the worker, we were told that the manager was on the way (would be there in 5 minutes) and he would be remaking our order. Twenty-five minutes later the manager was still not there and our order had not been remade. The employee working was not able to process a refund without his manager present. We left without a refund or our food. I was able to get in touch with the manager by phone who stated he would process the refund. We will see...
4/1/21, still no refund or follow up from the manager. Texted the manager today and he responded that his boss was "supposed to be handling it further". Pitiful...
