Made a order from here because I hadn’t had any of the Marcos Memphis pizza only when I travel but decided to try this location on Madison & Belvedere the pizza was good & correct but my pizzoli was suppose to be a Buffalo chicken & i received the one with bacon. Call next day to get the replacement (didn’t open it until the next day) the manager was nice to make it correctly… picked up everything cool but my problem came in with the customer service while picking up the replacement. I went into the restaurant & nobody said a word they were very mute didn’t say anything they were looking like they didn’t want to be there.. I said thank you after receiving my order he finally said you welcome & in a way of not wanting to be there almost like it was my fault my order was messed up… get back too work(which is 6mins from the location) to eat my replacement & notice that the inside of my pizzoli chicken is very cold in the middle… I guess I’ll put it in the oven later when I get off to finish cooking it…..I’m very upset because I bought this item along with two pizzas & dessert… this was for my lunch & for the customer service to be soooo bad & then replace it with this is crazy. Read moreWe are staying in Memphis for the night and I wanted some good pizza so I called Marcos the first time at 8:45pm to be put on hold and then someone else came to the phone and told me we are closed and I didn’t hear them clear so I said huh do what she screamed nothing and hung the phone up on me so then I had my mother to call them at 9:00pm and they took our order and told us 45 mins so here we are and it’s 10:20 pm they close at 11:00pm so we called to check on our order and they was very rude with my mother the first person told her that our food was delivered and left at the front desk so I called down and it hadn’t been so she’s on the phone with them and then they tell her that it hasn’t even been made like wth told us they could give us a credit we told them we wasn’t from here so the manager said they had some ham and pineapple pizza or pepperoni and pineapple said they was cold but it was all they had to offer to bring us. We told the lady we didn’t eat that and she was still very rude and just hung up after my mother trying to reason with her because my debt card had already been charged. Read moreThis is by far the worse experience I have had with this location. I have been a patron of this location for the last few years and I will not be coming back. I placed an order the day before for delivery by 11am. I did place a duplicate order and a representative called me from the store and she told me cancel one of the orders. She told me she canceled the order that had a payment method of cash. The next day my order arrives over an hour late, the pizzas are not even hot and the manager only offers me $20 off my order. I just wanted my order to at least be hot when it arrived. She also argues with me stating I needed to pay even though my card had been charged that morning. After going back and forth she finally says that it was a confirmed payment and she never even at least apologized for her lack or customer service. And now I have to serve my staff cold pizza’s for what was supposed to be a celebratory event. I will spend my dollars with a different establishment...
