Update: nothing has changed. Consistently bad at this location.
Always, always awful. They never get the order right. I once had to come back 3 times to get one caramel macchiato, with receipt and full drink in hand, then was finally grilled by the manager when I asked for a free drink. Look. If I have to drive to your restaurant 3 times in the morning before I've even had my coffee, get called a liar, and am I sure I didn't just order a regular coffee, then you're either going to give me a free caramel macchiato, or I'm contacting corporate. Sharon will be put into full affect. Their frozen drink machine never works. The drive throughs don't always work. The last time I went I ordered 10 sausage mcgriddles and an apple juice. I had to wait, which was fine. The lady brings out a bag with clearly no apple juice, so I asked her about the Apple juice. She looked confused and asked me, "oh, it was supposed to have apple juice?" As she's walking back inside... Oh geez, not again. So as she's getting the Apple juice for the order she clearly had not checked before she came outside, I counted the mcgriddles. There were only 8, not 10. When she came back out with the Apple juice a few minutes later, I showed her the receipt and showed her that there were only 8 mcgriddles, a detail she could've checked herself had she had any idea about what she was doing. She looked clearly annoyed, rolled her eyes and strolled inside to get the other two mcgriddles that I didn't really feel too safe to eat at this point. Anyway. My point is, for such a high traffic location, you'd think some effort would be put into, IDK, training, equipment, something? So where is the money going? The location? The owners pocket. Please, just put some of the profit into trying to get the order right...
Read moreWith this being right around the corner and being known for its affordable prices, this should be a go to place for those nearby. Not this location, the exterior is clean being a new building replacing the outdated old location. The inside lobby is kept clean with all fixtures and seats intact. The lobby's temperature is consistly freezing. On every visit I would have to cut my time short due to air blowing on me and on my food causing it to turn cold quickly. Other guest around me have voiced this issue with this but team members don't seem to have no control and just don't seem to care. Too many times they would be out of different foods or/beverages so if your lucky, you may be able to get what you want. Now as for service and speed both are severely lacking. So much so several complaints were made while I visited one morning about the food order incorrect and people waiting extreme amounts of time for their order. As for customer service, you can see that training is needed to resolve customer service so much so because at one point during a visit a manager and a team member argued with one another, screaming profanity while in the lobby with guests sitting and children present. It took a few members to restrain the manager and remove her from the lobby due to a close physical altercation. The building may be new but the core of service that McDonald's have pride themselves on are nonexistent at...
Read moreI ordered 2 Happy Meals and this is the thanks that I get. Those employees don't get it right. McDonald's employees don't care about the children or adults that eats this cold food. The fries were old, cold, and the hamburger was over cooked with no mustard and onions. McDonald's need to hire real employees and not lazy ones. I have to go to the good neighborhood and buy hot food. I dislike when I am served cold and stale fries. I went to this location 3 doggone times in one week. I drove to the window and the fries were so stale, I gave those fries to my dog. The manager told me to go inside to get a fresh meal, finally was a different manager. But still the manager should give the employees a quiz on customer service because somebody don't remember the rules. I am disappointed and I am never going back to this location. You take people money and don't give a doggone about customer service. The older lady at the last window says to me,"We don't do redos," and I am thinking like, lady I paid for a meal and my food should be hot and fresh at all times. No and it's buts about it. I tell you, there needs to be more Hispanic people at these McDonald's working. At least they do a better job and they care about customer service. Tip: Any time you order fries and they're hot, but the fries stands up in your fingers, these fries...
