Customer service is at an all time low. I am so tired of going places & being treated like the staff is doing me a favor. It's just insane, a complete disregard for business ethnics. I went to McDonald's on Summer this afternoon. Myself & many others sat in the drive-thru for possibly 25 mins or more w/o one order taken. Several cars gave up & left. I would've left; however, I was heading to my daughter's school game & one student wanted the McFlurry. I drove around to the 1st window which was missing the cashier. I proceeded to the 2nd window, only to be advised someone would help at the order speaker. I could only laugh. I parked to go in. Well, both registers were closed. I counted 6/7 employees just walking around. I was told to order at this kiosk thing which took only cards. PEOPLE COME ON. I could pay with my debit card, but what about those who either wasn't comfortable with a kiosk or had cash only. There was a Hispanic woman with her two daughters that had to leave. After I placed my 1 McFlurry order, an employee called for its pickup 2 mins afterwards. By that time, I'd been at McDonald's almost an hr. Sad part, I saw the lady & her kids walking back home I guess across the parking lot. They walked up there specifically to get McDonald's & couldn't bc the customer service is outrageously horrible. Employees Simply aren't understanding, YOU ARE BEING PHASED OUT. Technology is taking over to the degree that humans will nolonger be necessary. My suggestion: please take a moment & pay attention. The unconcerned laborer will become irrelevant/obsolete. And, there goes more jobs that so called aren't available already...All transpired around 4:30p...Afternoon traffic & many getting off work only to deal with such Foolery. Just trying to pick up something fast to carry home after a long days work at a not so At All fast food...

Read moreWe will never go back to this McDonald's again. We had just gotten back in town at around 10:30pm and decided to pick up something to eat. There were several cars in line but none in the two lanes where you place your order. The lady comes on and asks us to wait a minute. While we're waiting someone pulls up in the second order spot. We had been waiting 5 minutes. When she does finally come back she takes the second person's order first. They take forever because they're asking questions about everything on the menu. When she finally gets to us, she proceeds to tell us that they're out of lettuce. That wasn't a big problem. We get around to pay and I told her that we had been in line first and had been waiting a very long time. She got defensive about it and I said to just forget about it. The final straw was when we got to the second window to pick up our food, the girl just said "here", I said "thank you" and she said " Uh huh". The fries were half cooked and cold and the burgers seemed like they had been sitting for a while. We only live a mile from this McDonalds, so our food should have at least been hot and edible. McDonalds, you need to invest in training and hiring courteous people to interact with your paying customers. We won't be...
