I'm sure you hear this alot because I've heard other people complain but now it's just stupid, common sense..CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY IS WHAT MCDONALDS STRIVES to achieve, you didn't even know who you were serving and that is why I say you treat everyone the same and if they're asking for fresh food then of course that's what your going to get!. No, not here.. MS REED. do I have your attention?? Your managers are rude to say the least and your employess are so rude like why?? GROSS. RE DROPPING hashbrowns and nuggets is for one not allowed in McDonald's practices because I use to work for McDonald's, even still anyone knows redropping anythjng into the oil is not proper food protocol. Been in the industry for 20 plus years and one thing I'm not going to do is treat customers rudely and give them shitty food when theyre a paying customer And give them a 17 piece nuggets (minus 3 because me my husband and son tried one each after noticing they tasted wierd) . In the same oil filled box you gave me in the first place. Like yall sold me a old 20 piece and when my husband said something you just redropped them. The temp was scorching bc how how hot the oil was.. and now that my 7 year old son ate a oil filled nugget, didn't even want to eat anything else. Yall ruined his experience over your negligence to supply fresh food. Yall waste salaries on people like this that run these establishments instead of people that actually care about customer service and keep them coming back. You won't see us again and that might be fine for you, bc it's just a job and a paycheck for yall. MS REED I have your attention ?? Read moreI had to delete my first review doesn't seem like reviews matter at this particular McDonald's however I had to leave 1 star for my most recent visit which was precisely at 12:28 am I drive down union of course stop thinking and even expecting to be waiting in line for a timely manner of course it's okay with me it is expected especially at this particular time I have absolutely no problem non whatsoever. Read moreRude customer service! I placed a order in the drive thru which totaled $14.49. When I got to the first window to pay, the young lady said $18, when not only approximately 2mins before (@ the speaker) my total was $14.49. I question her about the $18 total. The lady closed the window and started looking at her computer screen. She then opens the window and said $14.49, whiched seemed normal. What happened next really got under my skin. I gave the lady my card simultaneously asking for receipt (proof of purchase). The lady than stats "I cant steal anything from you if you pay with a card". I replied "excuse me" and she closes the window. She hands me back my card, without a receipt. So I asked again "please can I have my receipt! She replies "next window" and closes her window again. I proceeded to the next window. My order with ready, so another lady hands me my order. I asked for my receipt again. She replies "our receipt machine is broken and I couldn't get one".
