McDonald's — Restaurant in Memphis

We ordered thru the app and no one came to the speaker for over 5 mins so we pulled up to the 1st window and gave the girl the order code (YE12). She gave us the receipt and we pulled up to the 2nd window. The lady told us to pull up to the 3rd window because they were waiting on nuggets. We waited for over 30 mins at this point so my husband tried to go inside but it was locked. He then walked back to the 2nd window and they were ignoring him and a number of other customers who ended up leaving. After about 45 mins I got out and was knocking at the 1st window and no one came. The girl at the 2nd window was dealing with another customer but I demanded a refund and the girl blatantly ignored me and just stared at me. I asked if she could hear me (she clearly could because I was pretty much yelling) but she continued to not respond. She then handed bags of food to my husband, who was still standing outside and had to walk to the 2nd window instead of them bringing it to the 3rd window where our car was. I then demanded something for free for the inconvenience and she continued to not respond and just looked at me. I asked if she understood English and she shook her head no then began speaking clear English to the patron in front of her. The managers were yelling at customers and pretty much allowing their subordinates to do whatever they pleased including being rude. We're from Augusta, GA and needed to get on the road and this set is back an hour on our trip home. I don't want free food from this location because we're not from here. If there's any resolution for this I'd like a full refund and the staff during that shift to face some kind of consequences because this is completely...

Absolute worst McDonald's in Memphis. Unprofessional, employees are a joke, Very combative. Don't order anything complicated and or have any issues with your meal. Your blood pressure will go up and or they may want to fight with you. Messed my order up so I went back in and had them remake my sandwich. Instead of giving me a reg chicken deluxe they gave me a spicy chicken deluxe. I told the manager that's not what I ordered. They put it in wrong. She said well it's going to take some time. I said well I have time then she looked as if she were agitated and wanted me to just take the sandwich. So I thought about it and said you know what, I'll take the sandwich. but then realized I don't eat spicy food and I paid for this. So then I attempted to say I would like another sandwich made but the manager proceeded with another attitude and said basically if I wanted a replacement sandwich I would have to take that one. So yesterday I ate my first spicy sandwich, and ended up with the worst indigestion ever. Never go to...

Slow service and they play around to much to be over ppl food and if you go at night even slower and the manager is very disrespectful and rude food be cold no matter what time of day it be I hate going but it is the closest to me the nuggets might be fresh might not my food shouldn't be cold when I get it and I been waiting 10 minutes already or cold when I get home and I stay 2minutes from there #UPDATE so I went to this location again today 4-12-19 and I ordered a large Sprite no ice and they gave me a cup of soda only 2/3 full because I didn't want ice and then told me that management told them to do so and if I would have gotten ice then I would have had a full cup of soda so no I will never go back to that location again McDonald's really need to get they employees in order and for a manager to do that that makes me wonder is that the position for him these are the type of people that run good customers away y'all need a new crew for morning and night...
