Pho House — Restaurant in Memphis

First off we ordered the deep-fried eggrolls we got the sticky spring rolls I tried to ask for lime The older lady just looked at me like I was crazy didn’t know much English at all they were out of Coke sprite everything on their menu she said she didn’t have they were out of the 12 different menu items I went to try out one of the meals taste it like sawdust all in all this is the worst Vietnamese restaurant I don’t understand how these people give this a 4.4 star obviously you all haven’t had a good Vietnamese food not to mention but I’m going to to help everyone else out people came in after us and they got extra special help we didn’t even have someone come over to ask us if we are doing OK but they came to their table 3 times during our visit didn’t come to ours at all if you guys needed Anything to make your business better get somebody that knows...

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. The owner is racist against African American people. I walked into the restaurant and sat down before three other people. They were Vietnamese people. He made sure to serve all three of them before me. Once I got my food I politely asked for a plastic folk. He told me they didn't have any and there was silverware on the table. I don't eat with silverware so I tried to eat with the chop sticks. After 10 minutes I observed him eating his food with a plastic folk. If you aren't willing to eat with the exposed silverware on the table why would they expect their customers to? The customer service is bad due to them not welcoming blacks and other nationalities. Every customer that spends their money should be treated with respect regardless of the color of their skin. This business needs...

Where do I begin if I ever go to any restaurant that serves can drinks I will not eat there this was my first time here I mean .... service was very slow seems that the waiter forgot about us food took a very long time we was the only black people there every time i ask for something they didnt have it like how we was about to leave they seem kinda racist to us like he didnt wanna serve us but when he sat down all other races he was more than eagerly to serve them we felt left out but thats ok i wont spend my money here ambience. Was very sucky an dark inside no windows that was a experience oh wait those chicken wings was terrible oh my gosh very meaty taste wise nope won't recommend getting the chicken noodles soup that's a nope to sweet for my taste but you get alot for your meal this place...
