Smoothie King — Restaurant in Memphis

Not like how it was when it first opened. Used to be great. Today I went and I ordered while one lady took my order and the other lady started washing windows. Then, another gentlemen come in and she takes his order. Still nobody has started making my smoothie. Then two mor people walk in and the one lady is still taking orders while the other worker is still washing windows. So now 4 people have come after me and still nobody had started making my smoothie. Finally the lady taking orders, she was an older lady, ask the younger employee that was washing windows to come help her and the girl got an attitude with her and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Then I finally got my smoothie, which was the coffee d-lite vanilla, and it tasted horrible! Tasted nothing like how all the other smoothie kings make it. Horrible experience....

While I love the fact that I usually come in and go right out especially in the mornings, but this month they have been offering their $2 off 32 oz before 10am and today I could not get the special. Why? Because I was told (after getting this special all week until today) that I needed a coupon or a social media thing??? what? This is not advertised on their sign in the store. It would have been great if they had an asterisk or something that said "see assoc for details, or coupon necessary". That is not the case and is very misleading. I even went to check this location's fb and there is nothing that says must present this to cashier or must have coupon. So I'm not understanding, I don't want to go by what the cashier says(bc a lot of times they make a mistake and don't know their own specials), I need to see...

This location has grown to be very poor. The young lady who waited on me did not greet me before taking my order. She also does not have good listening skills because I had to repeat myself over and over again before she got it right. They are extremely slow paced. I waited 15-20 minutes for one item not to mention I was the only customer in the store. It's like they stood around for 10 minutes then began making the product. After it was finished she handed me the product and said nothing. She just looked at me as if I was supposed to say something. There was no "thank you have a good day" or apology for the long wait time. The product was not made correctly. It did not taste good and there were chunks of ice all throughout.
