Smoothie King — Restaurant in Memphis

This use to be my favorite location.. there is no smoothie king in my county so as I’m passing through I would always stop by this location and get a pb swizzle smoothie bowl .. well today I ordered one and I was giving one that was froze solid .. the young man just tossed my fruit and pb on top and said have a good day .. well I went back in and there was a lady at the front and she asked what was the problem.I told her “it’s frozen solid” she gets snappy and say “they all are “ so I expressed to her that I get the bowls almost daily and that SHE IS THE ONE WHO MAKES THEM FOR ME! The young man makes it over for me and it was halfway right .. but no apologies..maybe I need to be a crazy customer like the rest next time ..customer service sucks .....

Sigh, these folks just don’t have it together. Idk if they are understaffed or what. But I changed jobs and this smoothie king is closer to my new job. My old location, that smoothie was EVERYTHING... it set the standard, it was the one by target on poplar and the ridgeway loop. So i thought every smoothie king was like that one. Wrong! These folks don’t answer the phone so i can place my pick up order. And the few times i have placed an pickup order, 4 out of 5x they have gave my damn smoothie away to someone else. Like bruh, in front of me some lady came back in and said this is not mines and i realized that it was mines. They still charged me for my smoothie and I had to wait, all to find out that they made my smoothie...

I can’t believe I still try to go here after they have the poorest customer service by smoothie king I have been to. I’d rather go and drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to the Smoothie King on Poplar in front of the target in Ridgeway Terrace. They are more professional and They have a staff that keeps up with the business. If the smoothie King in Laurel wood Will not see my business and see if they can improve. The two ladies that they have upfront don’t even greet you when you come in, they do not have a sense of urgency, and they look like they just woke up and came to work.
