HORRIBLE experience today!!!! At the 1420 Union location. Upon walking in no one greeted us ( 1st red flag ), we stood there a little bit, and finally the black girl with the braids ( tall and kind of heavy ) decided she'd help us. When ordering our drinks I was VERY specific about what we wanted, and she decided to ' smirkedly ' take us to school about how the drink is made a simple drink😶, after the white girl that was making other drinks wanted to put her opinion in, then the black girl wanted to show her massa color, and side with the white girl, and said so you want this particular drink...like how hard is it to make a drink the way we requested🤷🏽? I didn't change the ingredients AT ALL, I simply said; instead of dark caramel, I prefer light caramel ( extra ) at the bottom of the cup with extra crunch 1st before the whip cream and the white girl STILL made the drink how she wanted to WoW...Shortly after, a white lady walked in and in unison everyone spoke the black guy, the black girl, and the white girl, WTW!!! Why are black people STILL like this, they feel like they have to prove something to white coworkers by mistreating other black people UGH!!! Just treat every customer the same, ALL money is green, all plastic spend the same, and modifications are allowed to any drink order, it's not that serious. Needless to say after watching the white girl not make our drinks as ordered, I ask for a refund and exited the building. Please do better, and realize that you all are serving a multitude of different races, and customer service is highly important and it matters. If you all are going to pick and choose how you treat certain customers, please work somewhere else other than a job like...
Read moreYikes, this is likely one of the worst experiences at a Starbucks I’ve ever had (which is saying a lot since I’ve been to many of them). I put an order through the app on my drive into work (~0630), and the app estimated that my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived a minute later at 0641 and nothing was ready (yet there were at least 6 people behind the counter working). After 10 minutes, one of them finally acknowledged me and asked what my name was. I told her and she found the label for one of my three drinks immediately. She made that drink then went on to start making other food items. I thought that was a little strange but tried not to read into it too much. Almost 10 minutes later, another person asked me my name and I told her and said I was waiting on TWO of the same drinks. She proceeded to make one of them and then started making something else. After 5 more minutes, I was growing increasingly frustrated because I’d been waiting almost 30 minutes for drinks that were supposed to be done when I arrived. I asked the person who’d made my second drink if I could please get my final drink made. She rolled her eyes at me and said that they were “doing them as the labels came out.” To which I replied the labels should have all come out at the same time since it was in one order. Then she changed her story and said “the drink was being made.” About 5 minutes later, I finally got the drink. It was absolutely disgusting and one of the worst I’ve ever had made. The combination of the poor quality in addition to this horrid customer service experience will prevent me from ever going to this Starbucks again. Also, there were ants and flies all over the customer pickup...
Read moreTERRIBLE!! The employees are extremely rude. Upon walking in they did not speak to us. Please note that we are black. Upon approaching the register there was a black guy, one black girl heavy set with red and black braids with white stuff all around her mouth and a white girl. Nobody wanted to help us but it seemed the black lady helped us against her will. I want black people to stop mistreating other black people in front of white people thinking they will get brownie points because you look STUPID! We asked for a Caramel ribbon crunch minus one ingredient and the white girl stated “So basically they just want a regular caramel frappe” and the black girl decided to piggy back off of the white girl and say “Would you rather get a regular caramel frappe instead” like did anybody not hear us say we wanted a Caramel ribbon crunch? Starbucks allows modifications to drinks so why was there so much push back? The white lady was fixing drinks and heard how we wanted our drinks because she was all up in the business anyways. And still insisted on making the drink how SHE wanted to. Why work in customer service or at Starbucks if you’re not going to make what customers ask? And a white customer walked in and EVERYONE spoke to her. These group of workers were terrible to say the least. Don’t spend your money here because obviously money has a race to...
