I must express my utter disappointment with this Krystal's location. As both a delivery driver and a paying customer, I have encountered numerous issues here, and today's experience was the final straw.
The problems started right from the moment I approached the microphone to place an order:
No response initially, leaving me waiting. When someone finally responded, they asked me to hold without taking the order promptly. During the order, the person put me on hold again, and I had to listen to their unrelated conversation with others. The employee continued taking orders from the dining room while I was on hold. I suggested turning off the microphone during the conversation, but they only took my order when I asked. After providing the order, they asked me to drive around without giving the total. At the window, they entered my order into the system, causing further delay. I had to wait another five minutes before receiving the food. Unfortunately, the food came out incorrect. I had to go inside, have it remade, and found one of eight burgers was still wrong. The worker at the front counter was unwilling to remake it properly, lacking basic hygiene practices. After questioning her, she finally made a fresh burger. It's astonishing how she didn't realize the gravity of the mistakes made. Eventually, I received a fresh burger, and I left, feeling frustrated and disappointed.
This is just one of many incidents I've faced at this location. I have encountered numerous other issues here, but I won't mention them, as their incompetence might lead to shutting down the place.
If you're still interested in Krystal's, I recommend trying the one up the road on the same side. They provide a much better experience than this particular location.
PS while eating and writing this found 2 more burgers made / not made correctly at all, and slightly half cooked.
All I wanted was no onions (as I am allergic to them) add pickles no cheese.
So even after remaking 8 simple burgers… 4-5 of them were made partially correct.
Avoid at all cost.

Read moreI ordered at the drive-thru at 11:59am and asked for the 5 for 5; 4 cheese Krystals, no pickles and a chik with a small fry. I received 5 cheese Krystals, each with several pickles. I returned to the drive-thru to make another order for a family member and to notify of the previous incorrect order at 12:05pm. At this time, I ordered another 5 for 5; 4 cheese Krystals, add mayonaise..no mustard and a fry. When I received the second order, the burgers were standard...not custom. While still at the window, I notified the employee of the error and she replied, "She just put a mayo packet in the bag because the Krystals were already made." I advised her that I had also requested no mustard. She took back the order and I was advised to pull around to the front door on the other side of the building and wait for the order. Upon receiving this order, the burgers still had mayo so I took it inside for the manager. At this point, I had to wait for a remake...the employee at the register was playing loud rap music and talking on the phone while another employee picked things off of the floor, then handled my food. The manager offered no apology and I was sent on my way...very disgusted. The employees did not appear neat, the store looked dirty, and the manager blamed all the errors on a new employee which I think was highly unprofessional. Read moreUnion location. Cashier at drive thru was SUPER RUDE! I was told by drive thru cashier that I couldn't place 4 separate orders. I asked if I could come inside, she replied with anger, yes. I get inside only to be told I couldn't order inside, lmao! I couldn't believe what was happening. I walked out and got into my car to pull away and I was approached by the manager, Crystal. She informed me she was sick of the drive thru cashier and that she was going to get fired from all of her behavior. She asked me to come back inside to place my order. She claimed the cashier had even stole money from a customer, sure enough that same customer came in with her receipt asking for her money!! At this point I wanted to exit the restaurant because everything was freaking me out. Crystal reassured me she was going to take care of everything. As I waited for my food, drive thru cashier strikes again, her mask was below her chin,she was yelling at the cook while standing over people's food, I was so angry & mortified that I told Crystal the manager, that I wanted her to fix my food because of what I just witnessed. All & all I received freshly prepared food made by Crystal and I appreciate her service, although my entire order wasn't included with the food she made!
