I've never given a review before, but I'm hoping to settle an ongoing issue I've had with this taco bell for the past couple weeks. Sent many emails via the app, per the store manager's instruction, and I've yet to receive any type of correspondence from taco bell whatsoever. I placed an order via the mobile app when I was already sitting outside the store and as with every other order I've placed through the app, it said my food was being prepared and maybe 6 or 7 minutes later, it told me my food was ready to be picked up. So I go inside,, stomach growling yet still a smile on face, just to be told my order wasn't in their system and to cancel it via the app, which at that point it was too late it had already been paid for and out of my account. The manager insisted this could be done so I handed over my phone to him and a couple minutes later hands it back with it on the section where you leave feedback about my recent purchase. I knew this wasn't going to go well so I just tucked my tale and went back to my car to finish up leaving my plea for a refund z in the feedback section. I have tried this two or three times with no luck at all. And it's not so much about getting the money back as it is me reaching out to find resolution so that whenever this happens to lord knows how many people, it can be resolved in an easy to do, timely manner. I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears.. or blind eyes I suppose. Lol.

ย ย ย Read moreThe Manager there hates his customers. He's a short skinny white guy with dirty blonde, long stringy hair. He's never polite, he's never says thank you or have a nice day. He's got this attitude and this arrogance about him like customers aren't supposed to come to order food at Taco Bell. Somebody needs to tell this guy he works at a restaurant. Everytime he's there my food is nasty. Taco shells broken, chips in my nacho bell grande are like sum1 dumped out the bottom of the bag in the container. They're all crunched up. Chalupa shells taste old and everything is sloppy and thrown in the bag sum times upside down. My Mexican pizza is never cut right or put together right. Everything is sliding to on side or the other. And if I have any issue while he's the manager on duty it's never resolved. He is so rude and unhelpful. When I go to the drive thru at night and he answers on the speaker, I recognize his voice because I've dealt with him so many times, I just pull out of line and go some where else because if never had a positive experience with him there. Worst manager ever. His bad attitude I'm sure brings down the morale of the entire team. He does not care about the quality or the presentation...

All the familiar faces that have worked there for years,nice ,friendly locals, have all been replaced. There is always a stressed out new manager every time we visit and a big staff turnover regularly,lately. We miss the former employees and management. The service that used to exist is no longer. I personally watched an employee call a guest a liar when trying to get food that was left off an order from the drivethru. It took 20 minutes for the manager to replace his food, but she was rude and non caring. The atmosphere is very hostile,to an alarming level. The fact that employees are allowed to be mouthy and rude to any and all customers is not normal.
