Went to the drive thru. Ask about the grill chicken. Employee seemed annoyed with me asking pricing. It was not on the board. I Was asking more question. No reply for several minutes. I drove up to the window. I saw the lady taking an order at the inside counter. She came to the window. I started to give my order. She interrupted me saying I have to go to the box to order. I stated I was there but she would not answer me at the intercom. I said you left so can you kindly take my order. She stated I had to go back to the intercom. It made me so angry. She left the first time, so I had to go around. I left. KFC lost a sale. Still wanting to try the grill chicken I went back several days later. This time I went inside. I ordered one grill brest one original brest. I got a thigh. I notice it so I had them change it. I ask for a receipt. I could not get one. The machine was down. I needed it to be reimbursed. She said nothing could be done, give me your phone and she would have to take a photo. I did not have my phone. I asked for a hand written one. She was very angry that I was persistent. She finally wrote it down on a sheet of paper. It did not have a letter head of KFC. It was a horrible experience. The employee was not apologetic about anything. Read moreI came on a lunch break at 4:15. I was told they are in the middle of a shift change, and it would take 20 minutes. Wow. Unbelievable , I have worked in the fast food business and have never heard of the such. Not good customer service. Then, after sitting for 7 or 8 minutes, I was told I needed to move because I was sitting on their timer. I wasn't going to move. There was someone behind me, so I wasn't going to get back in line behind someone else, and it didn't take 20 minutes, only about 10. The other weird thing was, I was asked not to pull up to the window, but wait until they tell me to come up. This happens a lot here that I heard from others, git a chance to experience first hand. Not sure what pressure management is putting on them on the wait time requirement, but manipulating the timer isn't helping them and is causing poor customer service if the time requirement is not realistic, maybe everyone needs to be honest and work out something that will benefit them and the customer. My daughter said it happened to her one night. They were asking everyone to park, and they would bring the order. It was awful. She waited almost 40 minutes for a 2pc combo. Really sad.
