Burger King — Restaurant in Memphis

On 11/22 we went to the Burger King on Summer Ave. We ordered 2 original Chicken Sandwiches, a fry, 4 PC mozzarella stick, and an 8 PC jalepeno popper. Total was 13.36. when we got to the window and got our order, we had 2 whoppers and 1 fry. We had to go back through the drive thru again just to tell them our order was wrong and they acted like they didn't know what we're talking about and was talking slang the whole time.When they finally got it that the order was wrong, they asked us to park in between both drive thru windows, ( no one) was in line. They finally gave us the order and the order was still incorrect plus it looked like someone took a bite out of my sandwich. I have pictures of this. When we got home the part of the order they did get right was nasty. Had no condiments nothing on them and they were literally standing up in the bag. Contacted Corporate and they were apologetic except for the girl I dealt with named Jessica never read my complaint thoroughly. She kept saying she doesn't see where I ordered on their app after me telling her multiple times that this happened in the drive thru not an app. I love Burger King but this location is a joke. Been there 2 times before when we were told they ran out...

Very long wait to get an order filled, which was 2 whoppers with buy one get one free coupon, 2 cups of water, 1 senior coke. Wait was so long that 2 customers asked for their money back while I was trying to place my order. They didn't give me my receipt because they were trying to do a refund in middle of my order, then said I needed to wait for my receipt till they finished the refund. But they didn't give it to me then, either, since they did another refund, then took another order. I finally told them they need to give me my receipt or do a refund for me also. Stood at counter over 30 minutes, & they wouldn't even give me the water. They argued with senior woman about her refund, saying you drunk the drinks, & the lady said I didn't drink anything, just sat down & waited. She had her grand-daughter bring the paper cups back to counter & they were clean and dry. This place has been horribly run on my last 2 visits. Last time the ladies toilet was not working, but I did not try it this time. Restaurant floors pretty dirty. Appeared to have about 8 workers making sandwiches, but girl taking orders had to help with sandwiches so most of the time there was no order...

I used to work here. It was trauma inducing. Faith, the manager at the time, started cutting my hours, so I would quit sooner. And Oni, the general manager, supported it. They used the favoritism system. Anyone "cool" (the managers daughter and her friends, the general managers son) can use their phones, slack off, eat free, take multiple long breaks etc. But the "uncool" ( young adults with bills to pay) have to make up for their inability to work, have to beg for a raise, do the most manual labor and have to clock out before their shift ends. The managers are 50 year old moms who want their kids to be "work popular" while bouncing around on TikTok all day, doing nothing. Meanwhile, I have to leave my phone in the office because checking the time is "too distracting". I recently found out that the location burned down. I honestly hope they were in it.
