I have really enjoyed sandwiches made here, but I just walked out because the person making sandwiches wasn’t using a mask properly. When I entered around 4 pm on June 15, 2020, she had a mask around her neck. I ordered a sandwich and at the same time asked her to pull her mask up while preparing my sandwich. A minute later I realized the mask wasn’t covering her nose. I told her the order was cancelled and that her failure to cover her nose while preparing food was unacceptable. Absolutely filthy!!! Customer service was horrible!! Employees hugging all over each other…orders not ready!! The crew was loud and forgetting people order.. making jokes that there’s no more hams… pure ratchet.. then you had people walking in going behind counter fixing bags of stuff and laughing with staff…I have never seen a place of business so unprofessional. Love the ham. If you are looking for a spiral cut honey glazed ham this is the spot. The lines move quickly during the holiday season and the staff is always super friendly. A lot of times they are giving out free samples of various items which is always tasty. Multiple locations around town and all are equally good.
