I ordered from here for the first time Monday night on Uber eats. I ordered the burger, fries, 4 wings and drink combo for 10.29. I recieved my food from the Uber eats driver in about 25 minutes. I met her outside and gave her the tip and got my drink and bag of food. I went inside got a fork and plate and went to sit down and eat when I realized my order only had a burger and fries in the box. The side of ranch and sauce was there for the wings but the 4 wings were missing. I immediately looked on the app and tried to contact someone about my missing food as I did not have a car to drive to the place and let them see I was missing food. I contacted Uber and I have the responses from them and I looked up the number and called the restaurant 11 times before I went to bed Monday night and got a busy signal every attempt to call. I called the number 6 times through the day yesterday and only got a busy signal again. When I called today about 330 someone answered and said she would get a manager. He came to the phone and then laughed when I said it happened Monday. I explained it happened Monday but I had been calling and unable to get anyone. He then proceeded to say "you'll have to bring he food back up here if you are missing food" I responded, "you can't be serious, first of all I ate the part of the food that I got, like I said I got the burger and fries and drink, I was missing the 4 wings. I didn't have a way to drive there Monday night, but I was expected to not eat any of it and bring the food back up there now to prove something was missing." He responded "yes that's the only way to prove you had missing food." That is the most assanine ans ridiculous thing I've heard my whole life. I have no reason to lie that I was missing some food, if the food wasn't good I wouldn't even have complained or wanted money back, I simply wouldn't go again. There are plenty of places around to eat. I simply called because I paid for food that I never got and needed them to make that right, even if it was a coupon for 4 wings. The fact that they had the phone off the hook for two days and the assistant manager handled the situation so horribly and unjustly. I will never eat there again and I will not recommend anyone I know to ever eat at this place of business. I was a paying coustmer and probably would have been back if not for such disrespectful employees, awful service after I paid and never recieved my food. I will never spend my hard earned money at this place ever again. BE WARNED BEFORE SPENDING YOUR HARD...
Read moreI received an order where the chicken was hard and looked as if it was refried from the day or days prior. My "hoggie" bun was a hot dog bun, and the meat was dry and undesirable. When i called them to let them know how terrible my food was the lady told me i needed to bring the plate back. when i notified her that i was unable to bring the food back she told me i needed to lug the plate around until i made it there to bring the food back. I am at work and when i get off they will be closed. i asked if she could just put my name down and she stated i had to speak with the manager tomorrow. meaning that i will have to have this food just sitting in my house until i can make it to tims. THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND I HAD NEVER HAD THIS SERVICE UNTIL TODAY. I HAD BEEN EATING TIM'S SINCE THEY'V E OPENED AND BROUGHT THEM MUCH BUSINESS. I DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK UNLESS THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED. Then i called back today to speak with "the manager" i was told to wait on. and he said i was supposed to climb in the dumpster and get out my food and thats the only way he could help me. Then he put me on hold for 45 mins and cam back to the phone stating that I HAD TO CALL UBER EATS TO GET MY ORDER FIXED. ALTHOUGH UBER DOES NOT MAKE FOOD, ALL THEY...
Read moreUpdate!!! I just left my Foodie!!! Great service, great food, etc, but I noticed two things missing; the slushy machine and the manager we call Boogie. I was just notified that he was terminated. That is such a shame. He is great with the customers as well as the staff. I don't know the full details why he was terminated, but if it had to do with the way he managed the store, instead of firing him, retrain him as well as the staff. It comes from the top, and firing him is taking the easy way out and not economical. So you are going to hire someone else to pay more money instead of being a leader instead of a manager and retrain him and anyone that needs it. Also, to have procedures in place as well as follow up. If Boogiewas is not doing right, teach him, then if he doesn't comply, start procedures toward termination!!! It is obvious to me that upper management could see this, but they came and took the slushy machine when it is the hottest time of the year. Oh, if you took it to clean it, bring it back and SHOW HOW TO PROPERLY CLEAN IT, DELEGATE the responsibility, put it in writing, and have them sit!!! That covers them and you!!!! Give this young man...
