Went to have brunch with friends who have never been to wallys and they will never go back now! Waitress over charged them by $16... the excuse was that she accidentally charged another tables ticket to her bill. I find that hard to believe considering most of the items on the menu are $10 and up and every table had 3 or more people at it. Long story short she tried to throw extra money in her pocket and thought she wouldn't get caught! Now thanks to this happening they have lost 6 customers for good because we all refuse to go back. Oh and a side note I don't need a someone to roll their eyes when we say we want to split the check, like its some crazy thing that's never gets done! Considering how long the wait is plus how long you have to wait for food, that isn't that spectacular, its NOT worth it! My friends were refunded their money of course but the waitress still works there. So that means that management is probably behind it too if they allow this to continue by keeping an employee that knowingly is over charging customers. Make sure you are checking those receipts before you hand over your card and check again once they run it! Also I would like to add that we didn't ask to split any items.... even though the owner(that we didn't see once while we were there...but clearly knows the entire story and wants to add to add false statements to it), We asked for the check to be split by each group at our table. It was a group of 3, 2, and 1 person. It's funny that the owner is still blaming the customer as they do in every bad review left on here! Must be nice to never be wrong! It would of been so much easier just to apologize for the mistake made instead of trying to come after people because they didn't enjoy their visit with the establishment. Instead my friends and myself are now being harassed by the owner for leaving this review telling us how we are wrong for doing this to a mom and pop place?!?! Read moreCute restaurant if you can get past people scribbling political vulgarities on the wall and the fact the bathroom was covered in urine from the top of the tank to the floor. Food was mediocre. Good hashbrown casserole. Service was horrible. Waitress showed up to take our drink and food order and then we didnt see her again until it was time to get the check. When told that we wanted to split our check between the members in our party she rolled her eyes and said "couldnt just make it easy..." im sorry we asked you to do one part of your job. The check was split between seats. We didnt ask any items to be split in half. This is something done in every resturant nationwide. We recieved our credit card slip and we thought it looked different than what it was when handed to us, but we couldnt verify anything because they dont give you the itemized ticket back. I didnt think too much of it until we got home, because we had already been at the resturant for 2 hours due to a long wait. I did the math and realized we were over charged by 16$. The owners said they processed a void as soon as we left but have proceeded to act as if we skimped them out of a payment as they keep refrencing our "FREE" meal. We would have happily paid for the food we recieved, even tho it was subpar. All that being said. We will not be back and we wont be recommending this restaurant to any of our friends....

Upon entering we were greeted but the front door host who was pleasant and honest about the wait times for seating. They were kind enough to have videos games up on waiting in the front lobby. All the staff in the lobddy were kind.
When were seated we got our server quickly and I did notice she didn't have any formal introduction. It took upon receiving our meal to kindly ask her name. It was nice to know that even though we were told there was a wait on our food we got it extremely fast.
Shannon, I hope I got it right, our sever seems under pressure. It was very hard to gauge here attitude since she didn't smile once since visiting our table. She had a gentle voice so I want to give the benefit of the doubt she may have had a hard morning.
We finished our meal quickly and due to a mis understanding I thought we checked out in the front so I did not mean to scare the staff thinking I was going talk out. The music was louder so hearing her concise and clearly was a challenge on my part.
