Subway — Restaurant in Menominee

I always order online and I always order no onions. Often, I will find a tiny accidental piece of onion and it's disgusting and annoying, but I just pick it out. Tonight, we ordered online and took the 30 minute round trip drive to pick it up. There were onions alll over one sandwich, like extra extra onions. And the other sandwich tasted heavily of onions (they didn't change their gloves in between, which is a huge foodservice NO NO NO especially when you're touching onions). I'm grossed out enough that I won't ever go back here again. But just like to have this little reminder if I ever forget in the future how disgusted and grossed out I was. I tried to pick the onions off but the smell and texture had me almost throwing up, and I could smell that the sandwich itself had absorbed all those putrid flavors and smells, so I just threw everything away rather than deal...

Dear Subway of Menommine,

Bad bad skills.

First, props too the young man doing it all.

Second,,presentation presentation of the subway was very bad.

Second, old lady skills on using the register was horrible and she hide behind the register..... when they got busy they got overwhelmed. Bc they making sub skills were no the greatest...

The lady kept making excuses for her poor performance.

Then she perceived offer me free chips or cookies...

Profit margin loss.. if she only been working there year then how bags of chips she has handle out?

This postive constructism... im just saying it does take rocket scientist to make show run....

This why this location feel is going down..and owner I feeled bad for him or her. Cant post the picture...of my burned sub.

Please do something about this!

Horrible experience. Husband asked for the chicken bacon ranch melt. No cheese was put in the toaster oven with the chicken. He said pepperjack and she gave him what looked like shredded Colby jack. She even admitted she did it wrong but refused to redo it or give the right cheese. When it came to adding a sauce the other girl drenched both sandwiches. I live 5 minutes away and we had to eat with forks because the bread was soaked with ranch and mayo on his. After she covered my whole sandwich in mayo I restated just a LITTLE honey mustard please and she then coated from one side of the sandwich to the other. I used to go here all the time earlier in the year but I think I'll take my service elsewhere if I am spending money for food that is opposite of request and how it is...
