You want to buy from these folks. It's always good to support small businesses. I live in Colorado, originally from Michigan so support Michigan businesses is a win for me. These guys went above and beyond to make a potentially bad situation good.

I first called the store to ask some product questions about size and fit. I spoke to a nice and very helpful lady. After that, I ordered the pictured boots online. They got lost somewhere in the Denver UPS facility. So I contacted Zak and explained what I thought was going on. His email address was on my order confirmation. Yes, you get to deal with real people that care.

Zak went into action, investigated the situation and offered me a few options. Immediate refund or ship out a replacement set of boots. He also sent a nice discount coupon for the hassle for future shopping. Also, he was very communicative and kept me informed of resolution steps when they occurred. The boots arrived and fit as promised.

It's a great business a bit overpriced on a lot of stuff bc it's a smaller business other than that it's a great place with amazing respectful workers, They always have what you're looking for and if not they usually offer to order it, I live an hour north and call all the time for the fishing report which they always help me with an sometimes you can't make it there before they close due to work, traffic,etc... so they have a vending machine outside available 24/7 with lures you can call them ahead of time to have any lure stocked or pick from what's already in there, I make it a point to stop here whenever I make the trip down even if I don't need anything just to support this great business an to talk to the great employees thank you and keep up...
