Taco Bell — Restaurant in Menominee

The one employee and manager working the nightshift were very rude. I requested that I have my order split up into three orders as I was ordering for other people as well. They proceeded to both vehemently tell me you have to go around through the drive through twice to achieve thia. I have never in my life heard of such a policy. Especially when there is no one behind me in the carline. As I approached the window and requested that my soda not get ice. He then proceeded to tell me he already poured our drinks and could not do that for me. This was said as I watched him proceed to fill up another customers cup of the same size he could have swapped out for his drink with ice so that I could have my request. All in all I guess I'm not surprised coming from the cashier did look like a justin bieber look alike and probably ate a fist full of xanax before work and has been chiefing on a supreme cart...

Went to the drive thru tonight 9/13 8:50 pm , tried to order using my free taco coupon we had from the first and second time they screwed up my order. We were trying to order two tacos with our coupon , employee was trying to ring it up , didn't know how I guess . My husband was still ordering when the employee rudely told him to stop talking. We just looked at each other like did we just hear that?! Then was told we had to come inside. After being rude we just left. How hard is it to ring up a coupon? How hard is it to be polite to a customer? We don't know how to use words like " please hold on while I get help?!" As a GM, I am glad my employees at my fast food store never talked to any of my customers like this. This is my third visit trying to use these coupons. They either screw up your order or rude to you. We're pissed and...

Just went to taco bell didnt order much total came to $17.77 came to the window some lil blonde girl named Savannah reed took my money witch was a $100 dollar bill had no small bills. She came me change back told me to pull foreword so after i had. not a second later i counted my change.. She gave me 60 dollars back when i gave her $100. I walked back to window asked for change back they told me they will take my name down i just wanted to cancel my order n have my money back but when confronted called cops when cops came we talked to him he had to go in and out 3 times just to get my change back all said n done got money back $3 short still n a waisted half hour. Had many mess ups with that same Savannah employee been goin to this taco bell for 7 years.. Not no more.
