KFC — Restaurant in Menominee

UPDATE Looks like they are back to their old ways.. 😑. Today I went there and they were closed for maintenance.. WAIT.. WHAT? Before that I had gone in June and the service was slow and the place wasn't even full. Currently DON'T GO THERE.

I have made three visits and have been super impressed with the service I have received. It was quick and the food was hot and fresh when I got home. Prior to this I had a terrible experience... But I didn't give up on them and you shouldn't either if you haven't been back in a while.

Be prepared to stand at the register while you wait for someone to take your order. That said food comes out hot and quickly once you get your order in. No Google Pay yet so that kinda stinks. Employees are friendly and the place...

This place has declined considerably the last few years. We ordered about 20 minutes before they closed and were asked to pull ahead. While the cashier was very polite during our exchange the cook or someone in the back was having a huge coughing fit and it sounded horrible. He pulled us ahead and there was not a single person in the lobby. We waited the 10 minutes for our order only to find we got the wrong wrap and the other was soaked in mayonnaise to the point where it was inedible. I knew better than trying to go here but did it anyway and...

Love our local KFC !! Fast, professional and friendly. I never get attitude from the young workers here like I often do at other places. Also, they almost NEVER mess up my order, which is usually quite extensive and difficult. But even when there is the rare and slight slip up, they have always bent over backwards to fix it and ensure repeat customers. Great place, great people, GREAT food!! The food is always hot and fresh and the service is always super fast and friendly, whether dining in or through drive-thru. Thanks for the years of great...
