I have been going to Meta 365 for about two years and it has been the best gym experience I have ever had. Aaron Kurz (the owner) talks a lot about building a community around his gym and he backs it up.

Meta 365 provides a positive experience that is improving every month. Aaron is careful to ensure that it is a safe, judgement-free environment that allows everyone to be their best self.

Aaron doesn't tolerate negativity, people disrespecting each other or people disrespecting the environment. Meta 365 is a great environment for the young, the old, the large, the small, for males and for females.

Having said all of that, Meta 365 has numerous excellent personal trainers that look for every opportunity to help people build healthier and stronger habits.

Aaron in particular is a champion of everyone who attends his gym. He finds little ways all the times to show you a glimpse of your better self and help you achieve your goals.

Meta 365 also offers a variety of different classes to help you meet your goals and hosts many events that cover a broad variety of gym-related interests. Every class and event I have been too has been overwhelming positive.

I’ve been coming to Meta since it first opened. At this point it was still your go to gym, the owner does a fantastic job of offering many options to his customers and I have got to see him take the communities suggestions first hand.

Today, Meta is EVERYTHING you could want in a gym. They meet the needs and offer a range of different people a chance to advance themselves. From power lifting, body building, weight loss, and athletic needs, you can find yourself excellenling and reaching goals behind these doors.

Another thing I really enjoy about Meta is their supplement shop on-site. They offer protein, pre-workouts, fat burners, powerlifting gear, even meal preps. Truly convenient and affordable. As well as the amazing staff who don’t just give you a hello, but recognize by your name and ask how your day is going. VERY positive environment. There is no judgement here and the owners and trainers are so intertwined with everyone. Pushing everyone to crush their goals. There are such great rewards that come with being apart of this family. Your body will change, your mind will change, and you will feel so proud of yourself once you reach your goals.
