B52 Bombers , Gyro and frozen custard — Restaurant in Menomonee Falls

Went a few weeks ago after an afternoon of swimming. I didn't drive so I didn't have a maps reminder to review. ANYway...

Not our usual type of place, it was just for a quick bite after hanging at the pool, as B52 is fast food-ish. Certainly not a bad thing, just different for us. The interior is much like a fast food place with many model planes lining the walls.

Service can be difficult to rate as you order and pay at the counter, and receive a number to take to your table so the runner can find you to deliver your food. The girl at the counter was very friendly and answered questions about the extensive menu. However they don't seem to know the difference between batter and breading. I do not like battered onion rings so I always ask if they are battered or breaded before I order them. I was told they were breaded. Nope. What I received was battered.

Very curious variety of menu items for a place that would APPEAR to serve the standard fare. One of my friends had a Gyro and soup, the other had the Chicken Shish Kabob, and I had to have a Bacon Cheese Burger with Onion Rings (already talked about this). The burger was delicious. Cooked to my preference and a good size. You have to get your own condiments and carry out box for your leftovers as there is no table service other than the runner bringing your food.

I would not skip going here again as the food...

Ate here for the first time today and will not be going back. The customer service was horrible. Waited ten minutes to order while the manager leaned across the front counter conversating with another costumer. After placing and paying for my order, with that same manager, he just walked away from the register. After waiting for fifteen minutes a number was called. Since I wasn't given a number, I walked over to the counter and asked the employee what the order was. He read it back. I showed him my receipt, told him that was my order, and that I wasn't given a number. Another customer had the number so she was given my food. She took it back to the table, found out it wasn't hers, and brought it back. The manager came over to find out what was going on. When I explained the situation, he questioned where my number was. I again told him that he didn't give me a number. He took the bag from the other customer and tried to hand it to me. I refused and told him I wanted my food remade since another customer went through it. He walked away and slammed the food on the counter. Five minutes later he brought me my food. No apology, no thank you, no have a nice day. When I got home I discovered the cheese sauce and ranch dressing I ordered was not in the bag and the fries were very soggy and greasy. The burger was good, but very messy and my kids said the chicken...

Ordered lunch on Tuesday 04/30. I had a doctors appointment in the area so I decided to go to B52’s. I get the order home, not only were the burgers made wrong but I was missing the motz sticks I ordered . The onion rings were over cooked and the fries were mush. I called the woman said I could bring the meal back, I was not driving back another 25 minutes to take in order back. She said they would replace the whole meal the next time I came in. She said she took down my name. My husband and I go Sunday afternoon to get replaced order and no one wrote it down they couldn’t find anything. No manager was there so they said I had to call back when a manager was there. I called today and the guy was extremely rude. Didn’t want to replace anything, told me they don’t have problems with their fries or onion rings. He decided he would replace the burgers but would not replace the motz sticks. Said he needed to watch the cameras for the motz sticks. I asked when he planned on doing this he said Saturday or Sunday. I told him this was ridiculous I was not waiting that long. He kept telling me he was trying to help me and I shouldn’t be demanding. Needless to say, now we aren’t getting anything replaced and I’m out the...
