I’m convinced all the 5 star reviews on here are fake. The last 4 times I’ve been to this location, every single time there’s an issue, it takes 35 minutes minimum to get one sandwich, my order is wrong or they completely forget about you and what you ordered after you have paid. Today I pulled in and was the only car in the drive thru, gave my order, paid and was given a receipt. I sat at the window for 20 min with no one handing me my food and then cars started to pull in and line up at the drive thru behind me. Then the guy came to the window and started trying to give me the people who ordered behind me orders! I told him it wasn’t my order, he shuts the window, comes back with a second persons order that wasn’t mine and tries to give it me. Finally I gave him my receipt and said here is what i ordered, he took the receipt and came back and said “oh they are still working on it” …. They obviously forgot about me and hadn’t even started making the order. 30 min in for 2 sandwiches and I still had no food. He asked me to pull up to a spot and they would bring my food out. Waited 10 minutes and no one came outside so I went inside and asked to speak to the manager. The “manager” was the same guy I had been dealing with the entire time who took my order, money, gave me a receipt, forgot about me and what I ordered and then tried to give me other peoples orders. When I went inside they had no idea what was going on and whose order was whose. My order still wasn’t ready and even though I gave them a receipt with what I ordered they still had no idea what I ordered. I asked for a refund and his response was “well this sandwich feels like it might be yours” …. No. Give me my money back. He didn’t know how to process a refund! As a manager! Eventually with several people they figured it out and I got a refund but after 45 min and no food… I will never go back to this location. I know everyone is short staffed but make sure your people know what they are doing at least! Don’t just hire people to have bodies in a store and they don’t even know how to make a sandwich. The people inside the store went outside and put cones in their drive thru so other people couldn’t come and order when I was leaving. Read morePlaced an online order for one kids sub, one half sub, and a sub in a bowl. When I arrived home and we were looking over the order we realized they gave us the wrong half sub (meatball instead of Italian).
I called back right away to notify them of their mistake and was instructed to come back to the store and receive the correct sub. Further, I was told to come in to the restaurant to allow the manager to address this matter.
I arrived, explained what happened and the associate at the register quickly had them make me a new one... when she handed me my sub I clarified whether or not she was the manager; she was not.
I was given the option to speak to the manager after the inquiry, however at this point I was annoyed by the fact they had not already come out as the employees in attendance realized I was the one that called earlier.
I explained I would not need to speak to the manager, but that they needed to convey that this was not the first time this has happened, though this was the most egregious example. Finally, I let them know that the lack of attention to detail (e.g. overlooking modifications to subs and providing the wrong sub could start harming their business.
