Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Menomonee Falls

My family very frequently has ordered delivery from this location for years. As of recent, the delivery and service has been poor at best. Very frequently parts of our order are missing (extra sauce, wings, breadsticks, etc) and delivery takes over an hour each time (we live less than 10 minutes away). We live in apartments so its understandable that they would have issues finding our exact address. Have called multiple times to complain and the person who answers the phone always has an attitude. After covid ended this location went severely down hill. I hope these issues can change, but seeing how these negative reviews touching on what I have experienced go back for years... I doubt they will.

Edit: I have been waiting over 40 minutes for a single order of breadsticks and extra sauce after they forgot it.

Edit 2: It's been over an hour for something that used to be an extremely fast fix. Extremely disappointing.

FINAL EDIT: Took 86 minutes from the call about missing breaksticks to the delivery of them (driver didn't get out of car, expected to walk all the way to the parking lot). Breadsticks came unseasoned and extra greasy, missing the extra garlic sauces we paid for. This is an embarrassment...

Absolute worst excuse of a business ever, and I have tried to give this location multiple chances and benefit of the doubt. Delivery is never timely. Accuracy of orders is frequently off, I’ll have a delivery driver show up to my house without an item and act like they expect me to say it’s okay and to forget it, when I literally live 5 minutes away. I understand worker shortages and delivery is difficult at times so I’ve tried to place pick up orders to alleviate them, but also prefer (and pay for) the convenience so I don’t have to load 3 kids in a car. The kicker lately came when I placed an order at 5:30 pm. At the time, the projected time of arrival was 6:10-6:20. I used the online tracker which showed in the preparation phase for too long, so I called the restaurant at 6:25. I was placed on hold, at which time I noticed they transferred my order to DoorDash- DoorDash was made aware of my order at 6:27, while I was on hold. The worker never came back on the phone, or took the hold off and all I heard was background noise. The DD employee was at the restaurant at 6:37, but my pizza was still being prepared. Also, the delivery instructions provided to DoorDash were not accurate. Food arrived-...

Why did it receive a 1 star? I picked up my carry out order, I couldn't help to notice how this young lady was handling pizza dough as she came to cash out my order. My issue is the cross contamination. 🤮🤕🤢 She touched the cash register with her hands while continuing to hold the raw pizza dough. I told her it was cross contamination touching a germy bacteria cash register. Before she went into the bathroom to wash her hands, she gives another employee the same raw pizza dough to hold as she goes into the bathroom to wash her hands. I was not aware that you could leave your prep station from the kitchen area to come out to the front register to cash out the order while holding pizza dough. 🤔If I were from the health department she would have caused her team to fail. I will not visit this location again. It shows how nasty and unsafe they are while preparing a customer's order. Management please don't ignore or take your low ratings lightly, your low review is for a reason. I see one of your customers got sick, why am I not surprised. Cross contamination should be...
