I couldn't leave a review without at least 1star. I placed an online order and my husband waited 10 minutes before driving directly up to the window. They hadn't started our order yet so he pulled over to wait. They bring out a bag with 2 sandwiches and onion rings. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 wraps, nuggets, fries, onion rings, and a shake. He goes inside and is told that they don't have those items. He gets me on speaker phone as I obviously want a refund. They don't do refunds and just kept saying that they don't have the items. Apparently refunds have to be done on the website where they have an automated system that tells you that you will receive an email in 24-48 hours. So now not only is the service bad, you can't get food, and they rip you off. Eat anywhere else. Anywhere. Edit - I submitted a request for a refund online. The response was that I would receive an email in 24-48 hrs. It came right away. I was offered a $10 coupon and was told that that's all they will do. I requested corporate contact info and no response. Call the store and number doesn't work. I ordered 8 items. Rec'd 3. One was made wrong. What my husband thought was onion rings, so greasy they were inedible, turned out to be nuggets (you couldn't tell by looking). All I want is my refund. I will continue to post any updates. But please, eat somewhere else. 2nd edit - it's now been 4 days since our bad experience. After multiple emails I have been promised a refund somewhere between 3-7 days depending on which email is to be believed. Still waiting on corporate office information which I have requested again. Read moreI stopped in at 1030 to get lunch. I was greeted as the manager (Sarah) was bagging up an order. She completed the drive through transaction and took my order. She advised that she was the only staff available and there would be a small wait. That was no issue for me. I stood and watched Sarah drop fries, take orders, make sandwiches, bag orders, all without complaining. Even thanked all the guests in drove thru. My meal took a few minutes but was fresh and hot. I went to eat in my car to eat. I noticed there was no bacon on my sandwich. Wasn’t too stressed but went back in. Sarah apologized profusely about the mistake. She made me a fresh sandwich with all the correct toppings.
Sarah is a detrimental member of that store. Her ability to hold the whole store down and continue to remain beyond professional is amazing! I’ve worked in this industry and know the challenges that come with being short staffed, the grace under pressure didn’t go unnoticed. KEEP rocking it Sarah!

This location seems to be better than most Burger Kings, at lunch time. I cannot speak for breakfast time. Late night, worse than most.
I have been here at least two dozen times. Never at lunch time did I ever have an incorrect order, or cold food. Not at this location. Service is polite, fast, and well organised. If most Burger Kings could do this most of the day, McDonald's would be out of business.
But late at night, go somewhere else. You'll probably have to anyway, because it is often closed hours before the posted closing time. Some times it seems like there's a private party going on; it looks open, and there are people eating, but the doors are locked, at 9:30PM. Even when it's open, expect wrong orders and cold food.
