Hobby Lobby — Local services in Menomonee Falls

We recently started shopping here and were surprised at how much they had as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Wish we would have started there years ago!!!! We were trying to order something online and there were issues with the site, so we called the store to ask for help in why this would happen. Even though the store has no control on online ordering, we were asked what we were shopping for and then asked to give the item #'s as well as our phone #. To our surprise, we were called back within an hour and told that all but 1 item (out of 14) were found, all were pulled and put in the office for us to come and pick up!! How often does that happen??? Thank you Hobby Lobby!! You now have new loyal customers who do share these types of stories with friends and family that look for this type of customer service and will be shopping...

Under staffed. I understand that with the effect Covid had on the world many businesses are short.but…I waited In the fabric section 30mins and no one came. I rang the bell multiple times no one came the cashier made an announcement on the store PA system. No one came. I finally just walked behind the counter, got some scissors from the drawer and measured/cut my own material. The manager came to the register while I was checking out and informed me that she was helping another customer……. I’m big on service I wasn’t asking her or anyone to stop helping other people but at the very least I feel like someone could have simply acknowledged me for the 30...

Customer service is horrible. I came back for my deposit from renting the sweetheart arch. I was told I had to have my paperwork in order to receive the refund, once I stated the store should have one on file, the form magically appeared. I did not have thee exact credit card that I rented the arch with, and I was told I had to have a credit card on me just to receive the refund. Good thing my husband was with to use his card. The young lady at the register was helpful and nice, however the manager on the night of 8/30/2019 was a total witch!!! An tried to make things hard for whatever reason. Moving forward I will NOT return to this location...
